Reception girls are slow and lazy.
No Hospitalty there in staff.
Ops Lunch and Dinner is served in lobby which is already very small.

Hotel is very far from city daily we spend 400 THB for visit market or inside city area,hotel manager is from India he behave very rudely with guest ,due to good commission to travel agent they select this hotel under package,not recommended
