I stayed here for my business trip for 5 nights, pick this hotel because it not far from my office. I was here 3 years ago, they have done some minor renovation on the hotel, but staff at restaurant was not friendly as before. Location – far from Bangkok town. Walking distance to 7eleven, there are few restaurants within walking...

Our 3rd visit to Town in Town and the rooms are looking somewhat tired these days. However, the reception is very efficient, bags taken to rooms, taxis ordered etc and the self service breakfast is worth the 150TB charge. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is very clean. There are shops and eating places just around the corner. Handy...

I have stayed at this hotel several times, by necessity as it is near where I had to be (although in general terms a very inconvenient location for tourists and business travellers) However, despite *having* to stay here, i cannot recommend Town in Town. This time I checked in there were no less than 13 problems with the reservation, the...

I stayed here as part of a youth conference. The experience was wonderful and the staff was friendly. Aside from the location which is about a 40-minute ride to night markets, the Wi-Fi service in the lobby is quite erratic, requiring some reboots every now and then from the router. I really think they should upgrade their hardware to handle...

Stayed here for a conference. Rooms: Clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was adequate. Free bottled water daily. Services: Pool looked nice but was not sure about cleanliness at a closer glance. Good and cheap massage on site. Real fast restaurant available in morning. Location: About 30-45 minutes with traffic by taxi from grand palace area (100 baht); 15 minutes from...

I went to Bangkok for a short four day visit and this hotel was recommended by my brother and other relatives. This hotel would earn 5 stars by any reckoning if not for the fact that it not in the "tourist" centre of Bangkok.. However, it does give a visitor a chance to experience taxi rides to and from the tourist...

“In most of South-East Asia don't try to accomplish anything by telephone in your room booking. Go in person. And don't accept the first room. Insist on seeing several. And keep changing hotels. Unlike in some western countries loyalty is not rewarded. The longer you stay and the more regular a customer you are, the worse you will be treated.”
