Stayed for 11 days in November. The location is not far from the main street, the road to which is through a busy place with shops, Starbucks, street vendors, the room is large and very comfortable, there is everything you need, from an ironing board, to many cabinets, a basic set of utensils for cooking, a large refrigerator. Everything is in working order, the bathroom and shower pleased with their size. Shampoo, gel, conditioner, cream are provided in large dispensers. Breakfast is small, but there was what you needed, without extra items that create the appearance of abundance, but in reality are useless. Always congee, non-spicy soups, eggs in different versions (cooked as guests ask), yoghurts, cold cuts, fruits, vegetables, pastries, even soy milk upon request, and it’s just superb. There is a gym in the hotel, you can work out for an hour. But the pool is small and the water is terribly cold. By the way, the staff is beyond praise, friendly, always ready to provide a service. When it rains, they always provide umbrellas; you need to call a metered taxi - no problem. The corridors are undesigned, of course, or rather they don’t exist; the elevator leads directly to the rooms.
The only negative is that there are few chairs and tables at the reception, so you won’t be able to schedule a meeting there.

I like how staff are so sweet in the apartment complex. Great location and value for a money.

I like to mention the security guard PHET - the way he said Swadicrap “ Hello in Thai” was so sweet and like a trademark. Loved it . The guy deserve a raise.

Location is very good, pool is a lill bit tiny but very beautiful with great view. Breakfast is not bad but not great either. Staff were very helpful and change our suite to much better one on higher levels. Overall a pleasant stay but remember this is not a luxury place and it is a little outdated.

Stayed at this hotel in Sept 2024 for 4 nights in a studio apartment.
It's nestled away in a quite location in Bangkok. Not many bars or restaurants (apart from fast food) near.
There are x3 7-11 near, Taco Bell on the corner, bakery and burger place within easy walking distance.

Shame bar/restaurants at this establishment closed at 5pm. It certainly would make the hotel be more atmospheric if it stayed open into the evening. Which this hotel lacks.
Only had breakfast one 300 BHT for a very poor selection. Not worth the money!
The sky train is only a short walk away so we went to Nana for night life.

The room itself was large as we opted for the studio apartments. The bed was comfortable with nice pillows. Free safe, x2 ring stove top, fridge and microwave. Mini fridge was nuts, crisp x2 cokes x2 beers which you pay for. Although x2 bottles of water was replaced daily for free.
There was 2 sachets of coffee, cream and suger to see you over until you can get to the store.
Cleanliness wasn't great. Good job I take disinfectant wipes with me everywhere.
The room furniture and fittings were very tired looking and needs updating.
Reception staff very welcoming. However, be prepared to wait 10 minutes for staff to check your room before you check out and have your deposit of 1000BHT returned

The building is a mixture of residence, condo and hotel, in two towers on 34 floors.
Very pleasant reception area with friendly and competent staff. English is not a problem.
The rooms are available in different categories and are all of a good size and equipped. Everything works, a renovation or two would be advisable, but this does not spoil the overall impression.
I had rooms on the upper floors, upscale category, and was completely satisfied.
There is a pool on the 33rd floor, not too big, but absolutely sufficient for a city hotel with an excellent view of the city.
The breakfast is excellent, top quality, very varied and staff who constantly look after guests and the buffet.
The building is about 10 minutes walk from the BTS Chitlom station and within walking distance of the shopping centers around Siam Paragon.
For my part, I would be happy to come back and also give the price-performance ratio a very good rating.

I travel for a living and am pretty forgiving, however, this hotel and its management tops the cake. When I awoke in the morning in my room on the 26th floor in a sweat, I soon discovered the reason why. There was no power in the room and hence no AC - no joke with Bangkok temperatures. To make no matters worse, there was no electricity or internet and the telephone to reception was also out. After two hours of waiting in my room not knowing what was happening without power, I decided to venture out as I had a meeting to attend and needed to leave. I had simply no idea as to what was happening in the hotel. I then discovered the elevator was also not working. Not knowing what to do, I had no choice but to make my way down 26 floors with my belongings only to find the lobby - and it's fountain operating as normal. According to the receptionist, a nearby transformer had blown and knocked out their electricity. That's completely understandable, however, what blows my mind is no attempt was made to inform guests stuck in their rooms to let them what the situation was or whether there was a fire. Instead, management thought it was reasonable for guests to walk down 26 floors with their belongings instead. When I complained to Natapat, supposively the General Manager, I was told she would come back to me, but then never did. Sorry, for US$183 per night, you would think they would be somewhat concerned about the safety and security of their guests, but no. Never again. God forbid there is a fire in this place!

Service was okay and timely when we ask for amenities.
However, we had a terrible experience with their aircon as we all know the weather in bangkok is very hot! The aircon wasn't working since we were went out in the morning. We notify the staff to go ahead while we are away and check the aircon, but nothing was until we were at 3am at night. We remember that we told the front desk staff to check at least 3 times. A technician finally came to check on the 3rd time reporting & said he needs an 1 hour to fix.
So we had to ask to change our room because we were too tired for the day & we can't be waiting for an hour, the front desk agreed.
Right now, in our new room, after coming back from our day activities, the living room aircon is not blowing cold air at all. I just showered and i can't sit in the living for too long, i felt warm & about to perspire. I really think the hotel require some sort of aircon maintenance to check the servicibilty of your rooms!

Was here in Room No. 1401 for a week in August from 24th Aug - 30th Aug, used to stay in this apartment pre covid-19 during my visits to Bangkok every year multiple times.

The room which we stayed was a 2 Bedroom Apartment but it was in bad shape as it was haunted and there was a Black Shadow Spirit in the unit at the masterbed room and toilet area.

Everytime whenever we showered the whole unit will trip and no electricity and also our main door would open by itself even after checking on it multiple times. We were staying here for a week and it happened 3 times during our stay! Creepy as hell.

Having said that, rooms were clean everyday and it was clean but spooky in the inside... Services of staff was as good as before, friendly and helpful.
The night-shift security officer was really courteous and salutes to us whenever we get back to the apartment 👍

We did inform the Recep during our check out about that particular unit which was spooky and haunted, hope they do something about it.

A nice hotel. Clean and big room. There was a kitchen too. 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets. Nice pool on 33rd floor, breakfast was OK. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the centre. I would recommend it. You can use bolt for transportation, because the normal taxis and tuk tuks are charging a lot of money.

While we had a problem with the air conditioning, it was fixed right away. We found the rooms (had two bedroom apartment) to be clean and had no issues with bugs. The jacuzzi wasn't working and the pool was cold but it was clean. If it is space you are after, I'd recommend the apartments. You could also check the Marriot across the road from this hotel if you like the area but want something a bit more upscale.

The hotel is still good. Anything you need for the room just give the receptionslist a call I believe they will satisfy your request. I did request for bath towel and is was done.

Hi. There is a laundry room that guests can access although there are local laundries that are very cheap. You can cook in the room. Our room had basic cutlery and crockery for 2 people.

Dear Sir/Madam, Greetings from Urbana! Unfortunately, the play area is closed indefinitely. Our management is still into planning and execution shall be done as soon as possible. The swimming pool had been equipped with enough sun beds and lounges as for now. And for the rooms, our housekeeping department has been checking it keenly and maintaining proper measures for our guests' enjoyment. Regards, Social Media Correspondent
