During our recent 3-night stay I honestly could not have been more disappointed. Let me start with the good things before moving on to what really can only be described as incredibly underwhelming, dangerous meat factory of a hotel. Never again! THE GOOD — Our hotel laundry was done in 2 hours! — Minibar was mediocre was prices were very low for a hotel. — The front desk manager tried to make things as pleasant as possible. — During the last morning, breakfast was served in the executive lounge. THE BAD — Check in was incredibly slow regardless of previously checking in on the app. — Room wasn't ready at 4.30 PM regardless of check in time at 3 PM. — Pool was a complete misunderstanding vs the pictures, couldn't believe my eyes. — Pool opens only at 9 AM. — Rooftop only open Wednesday till Sunday. — Reception not picking up phone frequently even if ringing for minutes. — Room isolation is very poor. Could hear every step and words of the guests above us as well as on the corridor. — Loud music noise at night (river view room). — Bathroom has ZERO privacy! — Whole property in urgent need of refurbishment. — Booked taxi to the airport a day early but taxi came 10 minutes later. — No mention of my gold status whatsoever THE UGLY — We called a day earlier to book a PCR test at the hotel. We were told 2600 THB (US$77.90) and that it can be done after we checked in. The next day while checking in, we mention this and are presented with a price of 3900 THB (US$116.85)!!! What? In the end it turned out that non-quarantine guests pay the cheaper price as the hotel makes more money with "other "services (airport pickup, food, etc). Then we were told that we need a fit-to-fly package. Not true and we insisted on a PCR-only test. Ended up paying a whopping 3500 THB (US$104.86) per test. Unbelievable. — Pool area was filthy. From used masks flying around, to pieces of plastic and glass doors full of finger prints. Zero concern for Covid in a city that has tons of cases. — Breakfast was a complete disaster. People everywhere, pushing each other around at an OPEN BUFFET. Not even glass barriers on top of the food. Every cough and every sneeze goes straight onto it. Nice! Particularly disgusting seeing that many guests wear the mask only over their mouth. 🤮 - The entire hotel had complete disregard for Covid regulations and preventative measures. Zero social distancing, sanitizer dispenser empty, 10+ people on elevator (max should be 6), people not properly wearing masks, etc. All this, paired with our other experience from a week earlier at a Marriott property really showed us that Hilton is a dead brand to us. This wasn't the first negative experience with their hotels, but it was definitely our last one. Not recommended if you care about cleanliness or Covid.

We usually receive very positive feedback from our customers, especially after our full refurbishment.\ In regards to the cost of the covid test, please be aware that the service is provided by an international hospital and the pricing is out of our control. It is correct that the hospital offers a reduced price offer to customers that arrive in the country and stay with us as part of their quarantine. For other customers they charge a higher price which can be paid to us or directly to the hospital. For our breakfast we have many covid measurements in place from gloves for customers to acrylic barriers.

We’ve always loved this property. The fully refurbished rooms, the nice river views, close proximity to Icon Siam and the stunning executive lounge. What’s not to like about it. However, our last stay, has changed everything. We still love all that we mentioned above, but the soft skills. Particularly displayed by top management (e.g. general manager), is hard to accept nor forgive. Getting guests involved in internal issues such as pricing and upgrade errors is appalling and highly unprofessional. As a regular and diamond member, I find this highly unusual at a Hilton property. We choose not to stay in a property where we will be dragged into an argument which has nothing to do with a guest. As such, we bid our farewell and move our business elsewhere. To be fair, the rooms are great, most of the staff are friendly (except for a select few), the bread is to die for and the view is still stunning. The pool area is fully refurbished now and must look very nice. So, should anyone choose to visit, I encourage them to. Just don’t get too close to the management team. I wish this property luck. I will cherish the fond memories but never again. Stay safe everyone.

After my long seminar, i've check in at Millennium Hilton Bangkok. I meet front desk name "Pak Kad". She treated me with kindness. i told her that i have to leave the hotel in early morning and can not go to have beakfast at the hotel. Therefore she ordered the breakfast box for me. when i went up to the room, she called me to ask me whether i want coffee or not. i am very impressive for her service. The room of the hotel is very beuatiful but hotel team members's service are more beuatiful, especially " Pak Kad" .

I stay at millineum Hilton Bangkok on November 13-14, 2021. I was surprised that i got changed baht 60 for asking for an ice bucket and 2 sets of plats. It's not a big deal but i have never seen any other 4 or 5 star hotel that charge guests for that. And another one was a big deal. It's about privacy and safety. In a room, we didn't have bath towels so we called about 8 pm and about 8:20, a guy rang a bell one time and i was about to open the door. He suddenly opened the door room, i was like why? But i didn't say anything as i was just confused so i took the towels. After that i called for the complain. Duty manager called back and i asked a question, "can he do that?" And she was like "If he knocks the door and nobody answers in 30 seconds to one minute, he will ring the bell or wait 3-4 minutes and open the door." That's weird for me as i am very concerned about my privacy. I am staying here with my friend. We are two ladies. What if we are changing clothes or naked in the room and he comes in, what are we supposed to feel? Another small detail that i noticed was upon check in, there were no facility details given, not even to tell me where to read or find more info. At least you can give guests the paper and they can read themselves. These are all about services. If your hotel cannot reach guests' satisfaction, then your hotel is no different than no name hotels.

In regards to the towel delivery, it is correct that housekeeping staff would open the door after knocking and then ringing the door bell, if there is no answer from the guest, since we would assume that the guest is not in the room. This is a standard procedure in most hotels. If you don't wish for anyone to enter we have the Do Not Disturb sign which would stop any hotel employee to approach your room. For the information at the front desk, I am very sorry that our team has not shared the information about our facilities with you. This is our standard and should not have been missed. We do provide every guest with a credit card size QR code information card which allows you to look up all the hotel facilities, but if this was not explained to you then this was obviously not of much help to you. Please be assured that I have raised all your issues with our team to assure that we improve on our services and that this will not happen again in the future.
