The apartment was beautiful, spacious, clean and complete with all utilities at the kitchen, laundry room, toilet, bedroom, living hall, and dining hall. Its absolutely complete and we can find everything inside the apartment. The cascade club which is the gym is large! Ascott is also nearby the BTS station, massage centre, and 7-11. It is only around 5 minutes...

We reached the hotel at noon. We had to come back at 2pm and rooms had the strong smell of cleaning products which was a disappointment. On the day of check out, the lift stopped working and we had or walked 6 flight of stairs to the lobby with our luggage. Hotel is around 10mins walk from the Chong Nonsi...

I have been a resident in Thailand on and off for the past 25 years. Living and working in Thailand over this time a myriad of new, high quality accommodations have sprung up in Bangkok. I have had a chance to sample many venues as a returning business/leisure traveler and on my most recent visit to Bangkok my wife decided...

My family and i really had a fantastic almost spotless stay at Ascott Sathorn. We enjoyed the lovely pool area in the mornings and was thrilled about the living space in the apartment during evenings. Ascott Sathorn is close to the skytrain station, and only 3 stops to MBK center, Siam Paragon complex and all the shopping hubs you need....

I stayed Ascott Hotel in many cities. But always feel this one is the worthy hotel of all. Next to BTS, large room, nice pool and gym. All staff are friendly and helpful. Stay it to feel like at home.

The well trained English-speaking Thai staff at Ascott Sathorn were very helpful. The front desk clerks (Tukta & Ann) were happy to charge my phone for me every morning because I left my charger at home, & scanned documents for me when the business center was closed. The concierge, spa, gym and restaurant staff were friendly & helpful too. First...

I was in business and staying at Ascott made perfect sense- great location and spacious rooms and one of the best hotel gyms in my experience.I also discovered Health Spa across the street- perfect after a hard day at work. Service in Bangkok over the years has changed. It leaves me wanting a bit more. On my second stay I...

Could certainly use some modernisation in certain areas. Restaurant chairs peeling and stuck in places with tape. A few more staff would raise the level of service hundredfold I was on crutches during my stay and there was not always someone around to help me open the large glass doors to the hotel. The pub attached to the hotel is...

Staying in Sathorn

Neighbourhood Profile
Sathorn
Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.
