Within Bangkok at Sukhumvit , this hotel is at bargain price. We therefore were here for 7 days intermittently and we enjoyed our stay here. Good value for money. Probably due to our longer stay , we were friendly with staff and we received good service. The hotel offers luggage storing facility. We could explore Thailand with just backpack leaving...

My friend and I stayed here last night as we were leaving early for the airport and thought we only needed a bed for a few hours. The front reception was so rude when we tried to book a taxi for 4am that we decided to just walk and find our own taxi. The phone in the room has no...

It is no three star hotel by any standards. Very old hotel which can actual be made into a museum and put an entry ticket to. We were asked to change the room as soon as we checked in because the AC in our room was leaking! I wouldn't call that a 3 star maintenance. They said the breakfast will...

The three of arrived (Farang man, Thai woman and child) and we're met by a smiling young man who, in turn, led us to an officious receptionist that spoke good English and organised our welcome drinks. We had to wait fifteen minutes for them to put the trundle bed in the room for the daughter. No biggie in the scheme...

Hotel is very old and rooms are very shabby and management is very fishy. Don't stay there. One security person stole our 3000 bhat from our bag when we are outside of our room. When we realised and complained it to the manager and asked them to check the CCTV footage, the lady started to scolding us and blamed us....

The room was very spacious and cozy. There is a swimming pool on the 3rd floor with a view, you even get provided with a towel. The number of recliners though was never enough. Breakfast is absolutely amazing - make sure you will try omelette and french toast here. Only one disadvantage - terribly slow wifi connection, it was impossible...

The breakfast is wonderful if you arrive early because this hotel is located in a red light district I would not recommended for families with young kids great for single man as the hotel does not charge a join fee and its near the action the beds were very comfortable clean tv don't have much English channel

We booked this hotel for a transit night in Bangkok ... a real disaster !! This looks more like a prostitute hotel than a real hotel ... (have a look on the paper on the lift wall !) We were supposed to go back for 3 nights later during our trip but cancelled it and accepted to loose some money...

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
