PROS: Close to Chong Nonsi BTS Very quiet Plenty of close by restaurants and a convenience store: best are Canteen and White House. Upper floors have nice view toward Sathorn road. CONS: No tourist sites near by Run down rooms with some bugs One bed was made with too small sheet so it didn't reach sides or top Aggressive tour... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in November. Good sized room with large fridge freezer and microwave. Tv was slightly old but not a problem. We had lots of problems with the wifi not working in our room. Hotel staff tried to fix. In the end we just kept unplugging and plugging back in the wifi thing in the corridor... More

Nothing special about this place. Location is set back from main roads and walking back to hotel at night doesn't seem too safe as signs saying to beware of thieves snatching bags. Reception and lobby area nice and drink plus face towel on arrival. Got an upgraded room which was spacious but looking a bit tired now. Wallpaper discoloured and... More

We have stayed here 3 times now. Location is perfect, just 5 min walk from sky train, and you feel like you stay in a local area. The hotel has great breakfast and a small pool with fitness center, which is perfect after a long day of strolling BKK. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff is very nice and we... More

I like the idea of hotel location, not too close from the main road, not too far from the convenience. Room was nice, clean, great design of packaging stuffs in bath room. I only spend one night at the hotel so don't know how about the staff, but they are quite enthusiastic. Price is good too. Breakfast is very basic,... More

The hotel was located near Chong Nonsi BTS station. The walk to the hotel is dangerous because the side street has lots of two way traffic and no sidewalk. Particularly dangerous when we are carrying luggage and at night. The motorcyclists do not discriminate direction of traffic and whiz passed us. We were glad that the hotel allowed us to... More

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
