Visited in July 2023, I must say my decision to stay here was right. The best part of this hotel is its contemporary design and its location. I booked room on high floor and got the view of east which was one of the best ever city view I have ever had from any of my room till date. That single thing is enough to give it 5 out of 5 star. View was just breathtaking! Room design and washroom design was also unique and hand sachet was provided beside the pot. From the terrace the 360 degrees view is just ultimate. Watched sunset from the top while having a cocktail was one of the Bangkok bucket list activity which I did. The chim chim restaurant served nice pizza and I loved its cute ambiance too. The only thing that was missing was a souvenir shop. Breakfast was decent and swimming pool site was perfect.

This hotel is a real gem! The location is spot-on—right in the thick of Bangkok. It’s dead easy to jump on a train and get around, and the public transport is well-connected. Just a heads-up though, being in the city centre means it’s always pretty hectic, so we spent a bit of time stuck in taxis getting to and from the airport. On our way back, we decided to take the train, which was a much quicker option.
We were up on the 16th floor, which isn’t the highest but still gave us a cracking view of the city. The room was spotless and the bed was so comfy we felt like we could have stayed there all day. The toiletries were top-notch and were replaced daily (though the toilet paper could be better). Every time we popped out, the room was cleaned up perfectly by the time we came back.
One tiny issue we had was with the keycard; sometimes we had to swipe it a few times before it worked. It wasn’t a biggie, but it’d be great if they could sort that out.
The staff were absolutely brilliant and made our stay extra special. Everyone, from the security and bell staff to guest services, housekeeping, and restaurant crew, always greeted us with big smiles and top-notch service. A special shout-out to Tanya, the manager—she was super friendly, helpful, and gave us some cracking tips for exploring the city on our own.
If you’re heading to Bangkok, stay here and make sure to look out for Tanya and her fantastic team. You won’t regret it!

Worth it!! Our experience was great!!You guys should try this hotel This is one of my favorite hotels at a price that I think is reasonable Welcoming service from the first minute of arrival at the hotel TINA and her team helped with the baggage and also inspected the car to make sure that there’s nothing left behind. She’s very outgoing and really good with people and especially children. The room was nice and clean. They provide full amenities which are very comfortable for us. Breakfast were not many choices to offer but they had pretty much everything that our kids love Egg Station so much.
We definitely come back here because of the location itself, the good price, but most importantly is the service from the hotel staff and they know how to please us as family and parents. Thank you so much.

Most pleasant staff ever seen in any hotel. They’re real , extremely well-trained staff and the best ever seen in a midrange boutique hotel.
It all starts with the front door where there are more than enough bellmen to take care of your luggage, and then the front desk and ultimately concierge which is just fantastic.
The breakfast selections and the service are just fantastic which is worth the price we have paid for. Here the hotel scores big time for first of all the chefs working here are just superb, it starts with Chef CHANG who showed us outstanding friendliness at the egg station.
Also TINA is a very good guest relationship manager and looks after her guests really well, she is on top of things here and I think nothing goes unnoticed by her trained eyes,she is wonderful and a complete asset to the hotel and she never says No.
I would also like to mention the bellman team of Gabriel, Aeng, Au and Yudh and more. They’re hardworking in going about their duties and went that extra mile to make our stay even more comfortable. The girl Name at the check in was good too.
Looking forward to visit this hotel soon.
One suggestion for improvement is to have a backup plan for guest WiFi, as connecting in the rooms can be unreliable. It's also advisable to renovate and re-tile the swimming pool area soon for a better experience.

I stayed at SiamSiam on two separate occasions for a total of 16 days in the last month and therefore have a good feel about the hotel. The hotel is very nice and a fun place to stay.
Positives: Location, located on 2nd road right on the Baht Bus route which is very convenient. Right across the street you have Central Marina and a Big C and Terminal 21 about a five minute walk away. You can also walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes. The rooftop pool with ocean and city views is a nice place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities one would expect of a hotel like this. The Aircon works really well. The WIFI works well although it drops every now and then. The hotel has a good room service menu that is reasonably priced. The staff from the front desk, door staff, luggage staff, pool area staff and cleaning staff are all friendly and well-trained to do their jobs.
Negatives: Check-in can be a hot mess during check-in time around 2:00 PM. You're probably better off checking in after 3:00 PM to avoid the rush. The first stay I had ants and mosquitos in my room. The second stay I had little water pressure and half the time no hot water. I contacted staff to get this rectified which they did but the water would go cold again later or the next day. Loud construction next door. Changing charge amounts for the same order of room service. Water leaks in the gym and many of the gym equipment not working. Loose sink faucet and shower faucet.
The hotel is showing its wear, I'm surprised they didn't freshen up the hotel (paint, fix cracks and simple issues in rooms) during Covid. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at SiamSiam and would stay there again, but I do hope they freshen up the hotel and fix the basic issues that can be easily fixed. I think if you can get this hotel under $50 a night, it's a good deal, but the most I would pay personally is $40.

From the moment we arrived, my experience at Siam@Siam Bangkok has been nothing short of exceptional. The location of the hotel is tremendous, allowing us to explore the city with utmost ease conveniently. The proximity to major tourist sites and local eateries has certainly added value to our stay. The room was a decent size and had the most comfortable bed and pillows. One issue would be the lack of some new technologies (No USB ports and no smart TV)
However, what made our stay genuinely memorable was the remarkable service we received. Among the standout stars of the team were Ms. TINA & Ms. GABRIEL who managed most of everything for us. Their attention to detail and level of customer service was superb. Tina welcomed us warmly and ensured all our needs were met promptly and satisfactorily.
I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a nice city hotel with excellent service.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my wife and we enjoyed our stay. Few good things to mention: Location - hotel is literally less than 5 minutes walk away from BTS National Stadium which makes it way easier to travel anywhere in the city and also gives you access to best of the malls in the city like Siam Paragon and MBK Centre Staff - the staff was very helpful and welcoming. They helped us find us taxi as we were getting late for the flight and Grab/Bolt taxis were not close Room Service - We always found our room in first class condition whenever we returned home at the end of the day. Only one suggestion to hotel is to change the breakfast menu. We found same option every day during our stay. Highly recommend this hotel specially to couple's traveling for vacation.
