This hotel is situated a considerable distance from the tourist attractions of downtown Bangkok. It's next to a busy highway with good connections to the motorway system that lead in and out of the city. It's ideal for those on short stays needing to travel . The hotel has a large carpark and sits in its own grounds away from the noise and pollution of the nearby traffic.
There is a large, spacious well decorated reception area. The staff were helpful, freindly and check was very straight forward. The rooms were large, clean well furnished , comfortable and supplied. Air condition, hot water TV and wifi were all in good working order. Bathroom was very clean with a good strong shower and a bathtub.
We didn't use the gym or swimming pool , and ate at one of the numerous restaurants located in the streets at the rear of the hotel. This area was very lively even during covid pandemic.
We were pleased and will stay again , if we ever need to visit this part of Bangkok.

Hotel rate is very affordable and its basic and comfortable to stay.
But access to street with shops is not convenient.
There's a back door but takes some walking distance.
Reception can speak little English. Not very friendly but ok.
Room is equipped with purifier or humidifier and this helps to improve the air circulation. My room 557 has a mouldy smell.

Just returned from 8 nights at this hotel we were there that long as my son was recovering from surgery.. Soooo many things lacking. The front reception staff were VERY unfriendly and not at all helpful. Our first meeting at check in was met with a sour faced lady who said - Passports… literally that was it 🥹!! , not hello or welcome or how are you. Really not a nice feeling. It just got worse. The room was mouldy, you couldn’t shower without the bathroom flooding so we had to put a towel against the side of the bath to soak up water. The sink clogged up after day 5. The beds are VERY hard. There was no brochures for tours and when I asked he just said no it’s not in our contract… whatever that means … we don’t have anything to offer and this was from who I think was the front desk manager, what sort of hotel doesn’t offer guests tourism experience when staying in their city?? The pool temperature is very warm. There is minimal shady areas to lie around pool. Emails weren’t responded to, communication poor. It is very far from the tourist areas. On a positive note, the cleaning staff were nice, the breakfast chefs make a good omelette and the room service was tasty. I don’t recommend.

A good location for the price and quality of facilities. I have been staying here for about 8 years and the refurbished rooms look great.

A great spot to get the real feel of Thai culture.

A good multi-cultural breakfast buffet is provided, although the egg station cook is preparing to much in advance and egg products are cold.

The lobby and the restaurants are okay, but the room was filled with mould and was so humid, that we had to change rooms during the night because we couldn’t breathe. Even the bedding was “wet” due to the humidity. Very bad windows and so noisy due to the highway. A lot of noises from the hallway during the night and people smoking weed. The whole hallway smelled like mold on multiple floors. Changed rooms and the staff was helpful and we got upgraded to a newer room but the odd smell of rotten water continues through the whole hotel. The pool was green and you couldn’t even see the bottom due to bad maintenance.

Family stayed here for Day 1 Test and Go and dined at East Ocean Restaurant. Staff extremely unresponsive.’c slow and arrogant. When request for service, they respond with deadly looks. Definitely not service-oriented - service sub-standard both at hotel and restaurant. Had awful experiences and will not be returning ever. Don’t go there.

The hotel is nice only if you are having a stopover in Bangkok for a night and need to fly again next day,as you will not enter into the traffic of Bangkok( gets pretty bad at times).Hotel is out of place with literally nothing around, also it is expensive considering the rates you get in Bangkok city for a similar hotel.Service is good and front office staff is nice and courteous( you have to be a bit slow on english ).Housekeeper doennot understand english and that can be a problem.Restaurent and food is nice ,overall a good buisness hotel with slightly expensive tarrif.Rooms are good quite spacious and have cable tv with satellite( very few channels),tea and coffe maker in the room with mini fridge.

I just came back from a 2 night stay at SC Park hotel and I couldn't be happier that I'm out of there. I had to travel to BKK to oversee a project that was located in the outskirts of BKK and my Thai customer recommended I stay there as it was near the highway and airport.
WHAT A MISTAKE!
It started off with a miserable hotel transfer (the guy was standing w-a-y off from the immigration exit) in a car that I haven't seen in perhaps 20 years. The driver did not take the highway route (which would have been 30 min) but took the local roads so that he could avoid paying the tolls. Eventually a 1/2 hr trip took nearly 2 hrs. When we arrived at the hotel, we met with the most unhappy, disgruntled hotel staff ever. Not even a hello. Just a blank, sulky look. Her sourpuss face made me want to walk right out. She couldn't speak a word of English and just ignored me. Instead she just walked away. Everytime I had an issue, I had to go one by one to each disgruntled staff to see who could help me. And boy did we encounter problems! Reservation was stuffed up, breakfast was supposed to be included, but wasn't. Internet was supposed to be included, but wasn't. Our key card didn't work after the 1st day (no apology, just a sourpuss face), they turned off our Internet when we came back from breakfast at 9.30am even though check out was at 12pm. Oh! and blackouts are a frequent occurrence!
Breakfast was a sad state, the only way to go ard is to arrange for a taxi (and even so, taxis did not know where the hotel was located even after showing them the map) or by walking. Fortunately, we found a few decent restaurants nearby.
I can't comment on the superior room but the Super Deluxe room was good. I read it was renovated a few yrs back and is definitely comfortable. Too bad abt the horrible front staff. Very terrible attitude. Another thing to also take note of is that if you do stay there and pay by credit card, when u get home, CANCEL THE CARD! they print all your details on the invoice, including the entire cc number, expiry date etc and they hold a few carbon copies of it, so be safe, cancel the card.
