We stayed at Baan Sukumvit Inn for two nights and couldn't have been more pleased. This is a fabulous little hideaway - near everything, but tucked away on a quiet street. The decor inside is boutique and cozy at the same time. Everything you need is here - good shower, good bed, a/c, english tv channels, free wifi, and the...

The room wasn't very big, but it was clean and quiet. Very good breakfast and the staff were very helpful with a lot of information about the city. About the location , it was great near to BTS and metro.

The location of this property cannot be beaten, as it's very near BTS and MRT stations (around 5 - 7 minutes walk to Asoke BTS and Sukhumvit MRT). It is also near Terminal 21, as well as countless other small shops and massage parlors. There are also nearby pubs for those who want more action at nighttime. The facilities are...

I must've stayed here almost 10 times now. It's a cozy little hotel, tucked away in a small side alley of Soi 20. Clean, comfortable, and safe. All the staff are nice, and the owner (Kevin) is a friendly Brit, who will try to help you with whatever you need. You get to choose between set menus for breakfast, which...

I've stayed at both locations of this hotel and it's just the best. I've stayed here now 7 times and it's still so awesome! Nice people, great location, quiet, awesome breakfast. Kevin the manager is a hoot and he gives excellent recommendations. I think now they should give me free mini bar privileges :) It's close to amazing shopping malls,...

This is a hotel converted from part of a commercial building block. Located right at the very end of the soi, which is a dead end. Got a room with window looking out to a car park block, which is very close. However, the room is very well decorated and furnished, with cosy feeling. If you are looking for a...

Tiny hotel hidden all the way in the back of Soi 20, and perfect for my needs. Car parking, very central and involved staff. Personally I liked how they used the confinements of the space available to them with great skill. I've seen other reviewers complain about public transportation, but if you don't want to walk to either Asok or...

Small but comfortable rooms. Breakfast is included and is very satisfactory (Thai style, Continental & Western). Staff are very friendly and always find time to help you and give you local advice regarding shopping, in-country travel and sightseeing. Please note that there is on-going construction noise next door during business hours, which will makes it difficult for some guests to...

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
