Great location - easy to find and in the center of activity while feeling quiet and secluded enough. Rooms were quite large and I loved the shower, especially after a long day exploring Bangkok. Welcome drink was a nice perk+

I've stayed at various SLH hotels throughout the world, and have to say this is one of the most disappointing hotel properties in the SLH membership that I've stayed at. When contacting the hotel prior to booking, they were extremely helpful, and recommending I circumvent the reservation process with SLH, and they would be happy to extend the room upgrading...

Dear Readers, Here is the account of our side of the story. The guest has arrived for an early check in (free of charge) and we allowed the early check in per our hotel policy if the room as available. The booking was directly with the hotel for 9 days. Upon checking in the guest request the benefit of the...

With many great reviews on tripadvisor and such nice photos, I was a little disappointed when I arrived at the hotel. The checkin process took a long time and it took 4 people to check me in. The building is nicely designed and well thought through. The rooms are very spacious (500-600 SF) and are much nicer than the average...

I wasn't expecting much from the street view. What a nice room. I was particularly impressed with the tub. The staff were very helpful and polite. I highly recommend the food. Try something unique to the restaurant. They clearly have a chef and not just a cook. The flavor combinations were unexpected and delightful.

Great value hotel, decent service, quick check in. Location ok have sukhimvit or thonglor in easy distance. Free mini bar for all soft drinks. Breakfast was included and pretty decent. My only comment would be the coffee and front gate welcome wasn't great.

Dear Jamie W, Thank you for your five star review! We are glad to know that you enjoyed your stay here at Maduzi. Sorry you didn't like our coffee ... Was it about the complimentary coffee we serve at the bar or the espresso machine in room with the complimentary mini-bar? At the bar we use the organic coffee beans...

The Maduzi never fails. Fantastically located just off Asoke & about 200 metres to the SkyTrain. The Maduzi is stylish, modern though at the same time it feels like you’re at home. The rooms are fantastic, large, the biggest beds you’ll find in Bangkok & lovely appointed bathrooms with amenities. The hotel has a good size restaurant which serves beautiful...

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
