No extras, just the key card security deposit, that you get back at the end of stay, that is for a daily stay!! For monthly I'm not sure!! As some hotels in Thailand charge one month deposit plus your monthly rent, and at the end of your stay, let say you stay in there for one year!!, they never return your deposit, when they do!! They have taken 90% out, they say it is for painting, clean etc..., but just money grabbing really, as most rooms looks great, just need a good clean, but there are some that doesn't charge deposits for long stays, have to do your home work.
