Cacha is a poetic Thai word meaning "elephant," which explains why there are images and motifs of elephants throughout the hotel. The Cacha Hotel, which was converted from an old shophouse, combines the unique style of the industrial look of modern Thai design with the rustic charm of wooden logs taken from an old railway, which were used to build our hand-drilled bed heads, floors and rooftop. In order to create a truly unique and atmospheric art hotel, we collaborated with seven renowned South East Asian street artists, who created the beautiful artwork featured in all the rooms and the public areas of the hotel. With this unique blending of art, modern thai design and timeless local culture, we have created a distinctive, relaxing and fun experience for our guests. We hope you will enjoy your stay with us!

If I am to visit Bangkok again, I would definitely book this hotel again. Talk about great ambiance the moment you enter the hotel to going into your room. Cacha means 'elephant' so expect different, vibrant colors of decors/paintings of elephants. Not only that, the management when designing each area in the rooms has really thought about what will be convenient for the guests and I should say they have succeeded at that. Nevermind the breakfast, what is important is the comfortability this hotel can give to its customers. Thank you Ms Kimmy for assisting us in booking a transport. Book this hotel, you will not regret it.❤️

Nice hotel with cool interior
The only negatives were that the laundry department was out of order and that there was no restaurant
It may happen that it is fixed before the high season. Otherwise it was worth staying here
As the road goes right outside, earplugs are included at check-in 😁

Stayed here for a week. Went for a room with a balcony, didn't really use the balcony but did give a nice sized patio door window. The room was good, a decent size, nice shower and toilet area, wardrobe, safe etc. Big bed. Not huge number of tv channels but you shouldn't be watching much TV with so much to do in Bangkok. Is about a 10min walk from airtrain Station and 10minutes walk from a big Tesco Lotus and 15/20 from some huge shopping centres with good food courts. Bus from just outside takes you to Royal Palace etc but the walk is fine and through some interesting areas.
Breakfast good. Would recommend to any of my friends going to Bangkok.

The hotel is simple in a good way. Modern, clean and friendly. The hotel is almost new. Rooms are not large but pleasant with nice bathrooms. It is in quiet Soi off a main street. There is a 7 Eleven and other stores a short walk from the hotel. They provide free TukTuk service to Siam Square.

Cacha hotel is just great! We are exiting. We came in Thailand from Greece and we stayed here for 2 days when we arrived in Bangkok , then we continued our trip to the islands but we changed our dates and we came in Bangkok one day earlier because we prefer Bangkok and Cacha hotel from the touristic and boring Ao nang, where we were before. Cacha has an industrial and artistic style , bright new minimal furnitures and adorable tales. All atmosphere is both traditional and modern...Opened two months ago.The stuff are all very kind and smilly.Defently I recommend this hotel for young couples or friends...

I can only say good things about it. I stayed here for 13 days with my wife and we liked everything about it. The facilities, the location very near the Bts station and the staff are Excellent. NeXT time I am in Bangkok that will be my hotel again.

Overall this hotel is clean and has great facilities. However, what really disappoint me is that my shirt was stolen and only their staff has access to my room. Yes, they do provide a safe inside the room for us to lock our important stuffs but what's the point when they even want to steal shirts. I trusted them to keep my belongings safe but instead they have their own thief. I'm really sure that I did not misplaced the shirt myself because it was in my luggage bag since day one. On the last day of my stay there, I was packing my luggage bag and I found out it's gone. Just when I thought it's one of the good hotels but it's not. Such a bummer. If you want to stay, remember to lock your luggage back before you leave the hotel. If I wasn't for the incident, I would have rated this hotel 7/10.

Pros: The style of the hotel is great and looks very impressive. The room we had was fab and had no complaints. I've stayed in Bangkok 6 times now and this was my first in this area, I really liked it and found the hotel to be easily accessible by sky train etc, we didn't have any trouble getting taxis. We felt perfectly safe and liked how upcoming the area felt, plenty of places to eat within a short walking distance with a wide variety for budgets and taste.

Cons: The reception staff leave a lot to be desired, we found them unapproachable and to be honest quite rude. I'm a firm believer in customer service and they were sadly lacking. It felt on the occasions we needed to ask them anything including check-in that we weren't welcome and found they would converse in Thai then start laughing. Next though not a major issue was the breakfast, very limited choice and have had better in smaller cheaper Bangkok accommodation. The staff in the restaurant area were friendly and helpful.

Overall I don't think we would stay again mainly due to the staff. I don't appreciate being made to feel that uncomfortable regardless of how much we pay and have had better experiences elsewhere. This hotel could be great but needs to put emphasis on the customer rather than just providing a cool looking hotel and expecting that to be enough. I don't like leaving poor reviews but really believe the owners and future guests need to be informed.

A nice, new, simple and artsy hotel in a not so touristy spot in Bangkok. Indeed, it's not really that close to bts station; but at night, there are food stalls along the way. Also some Thai massages. So it's perfect for you who wants to experience a bit more local life.

The service is overall satisfying. First, I asked the staffs if it's possible to change my twin room into double room, and in less than 10 minutes I got my double room ready. Second, I asked them to check the shower because of the low water pressure. By the time I got back (the same day), it's already been fixed. One that I got no response is when I asked them via email about car rental service, prior my departure.

Breakfast is sufficient to keep your stomach full in the morning, but don't expect something luxurious. Also, since it's located right in the corner of quite busy intersection, do keep in mind about transportation that passing by the hotel, even late at night. Although it could also be very nice to have breakfast while watching the crowded road.

Overall, it was a great stay. I would give them 5 if they have hair dryer, and if they have more choices of breakfast.

Hi, I’m reached the hotel around 10am... so we took our breakfast at hotel instead of going out. By that time the menu they showed us is ala carte style... we have ordered like ham fried rice & tomyam fried rice. The taste is ok... just nice for us (depends on each person taste also). After 1st day, we took our breakfast outside the hotel. We r not sure the hotel actual breakfast style (maybe starting from 7am if any?) so, I’m so sorry that I cnt remember whether the menu have fresh bread or milk or not...

Sorry we only stayed there a couple of nights and didnt find anything super close. We ate at the markets at K Road one night (maybe 20 min taxi/tuk tuk ride) which were great and also at the MBK shopping centre food court, which is around 5 mins tuk tuk or 20 mins walk :) Hope that helps.
