Stayed 6 night at the Bangkok Indigo hotel and what an amazing experience it was. From the greetings at the front door to an incredible friendly and helpful front desk to house keeping and breakfast staff. This hotel is a must if you are in Bangkok. The location is close to shopping malls, metro and many restaurants from small local once’s to fancy once’s. The room we stayed in was spacious and well decorated with an awesome shower and amazing views of Bangkok. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a truly unique experience when it comes to customer service. Absolutely top notch led by the young talented general manager Jennifer. I had a wonderful staycation at this place on 7 Sep 2023. I stayed in the Premium Corner Room with a breathtaking view of Ratchadamri skyline and US Ambassador Residence. Room is clean, spacious and uniquely decorated. Bathroom is also very beautiful and big. Bellmans here are exceptional, very supportive and attentive especially K.Takky. While K.Baitoey at the front office is also very polite and well supported me through my entire stay. Breakfast at Metro is ok but the service is superb! Swimming pool offers the same beautiful view with the room. I was really enjoyed the jacuzzi zone. However, service at the pool needs an improvement. The experience I have got here is worth more than the price I pay and would recommend this place to everyone as top choice compared to all the hotel with the same price range in Bangkok!…

Stayed here a few night for Bangkok trip, overall was satisfied stay. Room was good, the pool is absolutely amazing and stunning, the bar is cool !! ,Breakfast restaurant was good, all staff were really helpful and hospitable especially Mr. TAM and Miss ploy. Highly recommended to new travelers if you looking for a good place must be here.

The whole experience in this hotel was fantabulous..I just regretted that I only booked for 1 night..I was checked in by Ms Sonya and Ms Katae ..They explained well on local attraction and they both was so friendly and humble..The hotel itself it's so beautiful and unique..Lastly,I was checked out by Ms Pear where she gave a cute little elephant doll and wrapped up my entire stay beautifully ..Thank you Hotel Indigo for the awesome experience and I'm looking forward to stay there again😍

We really enjoyed staying at the indigo. I have really no negatives but I would like to give some special thanks to the hotel staff, especially the head, waiter and a restaurant worker called Mannie. they were both so attentive and caring that it was very heartwarming will come back many times in the future.

Had an amazing experience during my stay whilst visiting family in Bangkok. Perfect location, easy walk to train station and central shopping precinct. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, providing local insights and the best places to visit. The rooms are beautifully furnished in a unique style that you won't see anywhere else, telling a story of the local neighbourhood. Lots of great dining options at the hotel, extensive buffet breakfast, was delicious each morning, enjoyed local Thai Food for lunch at Metro and the best steak at Char for dinner. No need to venture anywhere else. Highlights were drinking cocktails at the roof top bar and swimming in the Infinity edge pool, both have epic views of the city.
