The Best Bangkok House is located in the heart of Pratunam....the closeness to Pratunam Market is why we selected this Hotel.Although we had to change rooms on the second day due to a leaking pipe...the way the Best Bangkok House staff handled the situation was excellent...we were given a new room within 30 mins ! The staff were so professional...

We arrived late in the evening, and the hotel wasn't difficult to find if you're going by taxi. We were informed that we would not be given the queen bed we requested for, but instead a room with twin beds. The room is spacious enough for two. Two twin beds and both were very springy - as in worn out....

The rooms were huge with all the things you need. Nice clean toilet and shower and even had a bath. Staff were not really helpful and on the second morning we opted for two minute noodles rather than navigate breakfast there. Location was not great but was close to a train station. The rooms had an odd window looking into...

Stayed one night prior to going to Pattaya, staff when I arrived were pleasant, greeted with cold towel and drink, helped to my room. Room very basic, bed, showerm tv with 12 channels and refrig. we stayed 4 nights here before we fly out. the room was very small, we have a window but won't open. There were no coffee/tea making facilities, which was a big disappointment. The queen size bed is covered with a green and white piece of cloth and under that was a holy brown blanket HAHA. The mattress is probably very...

I've been here 15 mins & already dislike this hotel. Thankfully I'm moving to J2S 2 doors down in the morning. I stayed at J2S my 1st night in Bangkok and is preferable to this hotel. 1. No wifi, except in the lobby. That really sucks, I want to be in my room with wifi. 2. No complimentary breakfast. J2S...
