We always stay in this hotel in Bangkok as it is quite central and the rooms have bathtubs. I love the service and the location and it is not too expensive either. My son enjoys the bat tub. Very close to BTS and MTS stations at Asok

My husband and I stayed there during 6-9 Apr. the housekeeping lady on the 6th floor was really helpful, always greet us with warm welcoming smile. The hotel staff were courteous, you can see the management team has done proper training to the staff. The breakfast was great. They even serve steak and pasta with mussels on our last day which were out of our expetations. Overall experience was great. Will definitely come back again!

I selected S 15 hotel, on my first travel to Bangkok after the long period of Locked Down living from March 2020 to October 2021. I travelled to Bangkok for health and well being and just to get a breathe of Bangkok. I lived there for about two years when I was working and fell in love with the country, people and their customs. I lived on Sukhumvit Soi 15 so I knew this vibrant, busy S 15 hotel in the pre COVID era of 2011 to 2012 when I was working in Bangkok. Having stayed there now, I am so grateful to Khun Sarahat and the rest of the team at S 15 for their warm welcome, their care and attention to and prompt service to my needs. I was the first 5 or 10 guests there when it opened up but it quickly filled to “fully booked” The room was comfortable and breakfast was just enough for my needs as I began each day. The location is ideal and I recommend S 15 to all who have travel plans for Bangkok.

Location central for Sukhumvit both metro & Airport line, fast check in, 3rd floor, quiet, good bed & sofa at end for watching tv/relaxing, coffee capsule machine, very nice bathroom inc shower and bath, shaving kit, good WiFi and room service all day till 10pm.

Same menu downstairs terrace inc daily special, had excellent Thai pork with gravy/sauce, rice and vegetables + glass of wine 280 baht <$10 (see pic), breakfast good with egg chef too.

On departure very good, concierge calls taxi and ask if you want meter or fixed fare; no confusion with drivers.

No green tea or muesli at breakfast, sugary cereals.

Stayed this hotel for 5 nights in mid July. Hotel is so easy to get to using bts trains.
It’s located close to shopping malls with extensive food courts as well as street eateries and 7/11 stores. Really, it’s location can’t be beat.
Rooms are modern enough and housekeeping was prompt and efficient.
Buffet breakfast was adequate enough without being extravagant - but no complaints from me.
All staff were very professional and courteous.
Street nosies can be loud at times at night but that is a trade-off due to its location.
Overall a very enjoyable stay at a very competitive price.

The hotel is very dated but comfortable. This is the go-to hotel for our corporate stays for a lot of reasons.

The location is very good. Within walking distance to malls and the metro station. There are shops just outside the hotel as well so everything is accessible. Although the road in front is very busy, the noise rarely seeps in to the room.

I have dietary restrictions (halal only), so the hotel's breakfast buffet was very welcomed as there was a good variety. I got a chance to utilise their spa and that wasn't a disappointment too. Well worth the money and reasonably priced compared to what you can find outside.

If you're willing to look beyond the hotel's tired facade and dated interiors, this hotel is actually a hidden gem. The only thing my colleagues and I couldn't get over is the teddy bear that they place on your bed when you check-in. We called it the welcome bear. Although it was cute, the room's tired interior gave it a creepy and unnerving feel. We all put the welcome bear away and out of sight.

Recently, I stayed at this hotel and I would like to share my experience. The staff here is very polite and proactive in assisting. They are also patient and helpful when dealing with guest inquiries. The hotel's location is excellent, as it is close to the BTS station and T21 shopping mall. There are also several shops downstairs, such as convenience stores, pharmacies, and massage parlors. Although the breakfast options are limited, the quality is decent.

However, there are signs of aging in the hotel facilities. For example, the card reader in the elevator is not very sensitive, often requiring multiple attempts for successful recognition. The flushing cistern of water closet may also be worn out, often requiring multiple flushes to work properly. I also found the room lighting to be insufficient, which is an area that needs improvement. The placement of the charging sockets could be closer to the bedside as well, as it is currently inconvenient to use the phone while charging.

Overall, while this hotel may not be perfect, it is a reliable accommodation choice. Considering the discounted rates, it offers good value for money, so I would recommend staying here.

Our travel agent made reservation for 2 adjacent rooms (needed before leaving). The front desks spread our family out with wrong types of rooms. When we asked the front staff said we didn’t reserve anything despite we had confirmation that spelled out everything from the hotel. One staff hung up on us. One basically said “not my problem you can call your travel agent and hung up…”
