Located in the business and diplomatic district of Bangkok, this hotel offers value for the money according to the room rates and the performance one can expect for. All over it's O.K. for a one night stay, if one e.g. have to deal with an embassy closeby. So I can"t understand some of the previos feedbacks about this hotel aiming... More

Stayed there for 5 nights, must say hotel location is very good, within walking distance to Silom Area for Party. MRT and BTS station also about 10 mins away. The reception staffs were helpful, but cleaning staffs are not so efficient. The superior rooms with windows were very spacious, nice set up, loved the red couch, nice bed but only... More

The room does not look so nice very basic and needs decorating, bathroom was nice, water kettle in room to make tea, coffee but no cups, only one towel per person, buffet breakfast is good and the female staff in restaurant very friendly and polite. I booked it via booking.com foe an economic room and I was given a superior room which was nice. The nearest MRT station is like 7 min walking and the area is nice and safe even at night. I did not have breakfast so I can not comment on it but I asked for the price and it was 190... More

Cheap "hotel" No windows in the the room and I am staying at the executive room. Very noisy, as the door and the windowlike is on the corridor with noisy tailed floor. Each time a guess pass through you hear suite cases, power walking high Hill and so on. The bed not very comfy either. The worst was the pillows.... More

- Front desk staff were rude and not helpful. - The room was clean, bathroom as well. - Wifi worked fine. - No shop nearby except the hotel bar/restaurant (but the bar has a limited space). so nothing to do during late night.

I purchases a package with Gala Tourist Agency and I requested the 2stars hotel. This hotel is more 3stars. Location is close to everything, US embassy, Nana Plaza, etc. Breakfast is traditional Thai and the rooms are very spacious for price. The bathroom is small but for 1-2 people it is perfect. I suggest it if you want a nice... More

This hotel is placed in a good location. Nearby we could go to fancy restaurants and shopping malls easily. The rooms are clean and have ar-conditioners but are simple. The subway station is 5 minutes walking in Sathorn Road. Near is Vertigo Moon bar

Staying in Sathorn

Neighbourhood Profile
Sathorn
Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.
