Friendly and tasty. Little bit on the expensive side by Thai standards but would definitely go back! Suitable for families as well as couples and lone travellers. Coffee is good here. And it was just opposite our guesthouse: you and me which is basic but great!

We booked here because we loved the look of the rooms, decked out with dark wood in a quaint antique style. The rooms were tiny, but I expected that. Unfortunately, that's where the love ended for us! Upon checking in we noticed that the bathroom was filthy. I mean truly horrible - we are talking years of grime. It is now...

Rooms are beautiful and well equiped, with two levels which give the place a rural feel. Bathroom is small, but clean. The building itself is wel maintained, with many little places to sit and relax. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Would love to come back again any time!

We staid here for 6 nights. Outside is very beautiful, cozy and welcoming. The yard is really cute. The location is nice, near banks, food stalls, ... We staid in honeymoon suite - it looked nice when we walked in but then i noticed it wasn't clean. Especially bathroom. I think it wasn't even cleaned after the person who was...

Be careful of their photos on the site. The rooms are much smaller than the photos. They tricks you..and lots of mosquitoes were in the room. Crappy breakfast and unwelcoming staff at the coffee shop. If you ordered breakfast, you have to wait at least 20 mins...though it was something easy to cook such as poached eggs...cheap fruits on the...

Loved this little b&b, the rooms were clean and a great size with great amenities. But the best part of our stay was the receptionist, Arada. She was so so helpful and went above and beyond to help us. We were trying to book a flight on Thai Lion Air, which doesn't accept US credit cards. Although not part of...

We came across this restaurant by chance and just realised it is also a hotel. We got a kind of late lunch here and enjoyed a great quality food. We ordered pizza , ceasar salad and some roasted pork. The ambiance was sooo cozy ...wanna go back for a stay! Price is also acceptable.

Nice and quiet hotel in the old town of chiang Mai. Yummy bakery/restaurant connected to it. Very friendly staff and small but comfortable rooms. Located in an area with some nice bars and restaurants, the temples in the old town are within walking distance. Offer airport shuttle service at reasonable price.

Stayed for three days and thought cozy was nice enough. It was small but you want to stay in boutique-y places when you are in Chiang Mai. The breakfast worked fine and the coffee/bakery shop was delicious. I thought this place was especially good provided the location... Great central-ish hotel to get around town.
