Excellent customer service and very nice room. Great location. The personnel gave us very useful information to visit the city . Room very clean.Excellent breakfast .Hotel is near the old citybut a little far from the night bazar, better rent a motor. Wifi work well

I have just stayed here for one week and the guest house is under new management. It is no longer being run by Jenny and Fah. i did spend two weeks there in 2012 while it was run by Jenny so I am able to compare the old vs the new. if you are looking for the 'home away from...

Been here twice for Breakfast. Excellent food, Nice staff and cheap prices. Everything is clean and very nice decorated. Coffee is also very good. Can't say Anything about the Hotel though, but the Restaurant is really Nice. Try it - you won't regret it.

the ladies all take good care of you the moment you arrive. one of them doesn't speak good English, but she's so nice and if you work together you can figure it out. the AC works perfectly and i like that the key activates the rom. if you remove the key from it's slot, after about 10min everything shuts off....

if you want to feel at home while staying in Chiang Mai this is the place to stay! Jenny,Fah, Jin and Jao take care of you as if you are family. New there is the possibility to use the hotel kitchen if you want to cook for yourself, there is also a microwave available for use; as well as hot...

Very clean good quality rooms with friendly staff. Away from the noisy loi kroh area this is an ideal guesthouse for both short and long stays. Staff happy to organize cars bikes trips food etc. Free water which some hotels charge for.

Wife and I stayed here 6 days while visiting Chiang Mai. What a wonderful place! The owner and staff are very warm and friendly. Room was quite comfortable, and an easy walk or ride into Old Town. Several great restaurants nearby... although you have to look for them! If you require a luxury hotel then keep looking... but if you...

Although initially a little tricky to find, this guest house is very welcoming, friendly, clean and fun. only 20m walk to the old city and in a very fun neighbourhood close to several upmarket spas as well as some friendly affordable ones. It has a lively nightlife and is off the beaten part, definitely a find for those who prefer...

The location is perfect : charming and quiet even the hotel is very close to down town by Tuk Tuk or bicycle. The staff is very welcoming and very helful. They helped us for finding any activities we wanted to do by providing informations or calling for us to negociate good price with guides etc.. The hotel has a roof...

My son and I stayed here for a week in April during our Easter school holiday the Thai Songkran festival. The guesthouse is a short walk from the old city centre and main temples and attractions. being just outside it meant we were able to escape the Songkran mayhem that takes over in the city having experienced it for one...
