The location is very good, it's 80 meters from one of the most famous noodle shops in the North (40 THB). Maid service is excellent. Linen service is delivered, every day..some towels are old, but they have been washed. 9 USD a night? But you will read a lot of complaints from malcontents...take with a grain of salt..."they didn't provide... More

Room has old style tv, table, and chair. Place is showing its age. Some furniture needs to be replaced. Some staff were friendly, others not. There are two stereo speaker stores down the street. They sometimes blast music in the morning and afternoon for short periods of time. I'm sure others in the area hear it. The biggest problem is... More

We booked this hotel just to stay 2 nights somewhere cheap. We didn't expect fancy furniture or whatsoever, we just wanted to have a place to sleep before moving on. Pictures this company uses to advertise itself also looked OK. When we got the keys to our room, first thing that greeted us was VERY stinky air, it was clearly... More

One of the cheapest hotels in chiang Mai with air conditioning, tv, wifi, hot water, fridge in the room. Excellent for the little money it costs. The location is not the best, a long walk to the city center. You should probably rent a bike to move around if you stay here. They say they have breakfast but they don't,... More

I have been coming to this hotel for years now. It is very good value, close to Wororot market, where I can buy meals and food to eat in my room. The rooms are adequate, cleaned every day, fresh sheets and towels every day. The wifi is not so good but works. There is a fridge in every room, and... More

Now that I've been traveling in SE Asia I know that the treatment I received at this hotel by the receptionist is not acceptable. I was a brand new traveler at the time and didn't realize that her(his) attitude was not normal - rude is rude. I also was given two rooms and both had badly leaking a/c units, the... More

I know this is a budget hotel, but it was probably one of the grimiest hotels or hostels I've ever stayed in, and that's saying something! The bathroom didn't seem like it had been cleaned at all. The wifi didn't work once. We were on the 4th floor. Maybe it's better on other floors. The towels were very dingy and... More

this hotel is not located right where you need to be but is only a short walk from central chiang mai. mitrapap is very cheap and considering that fact it is still clean and seems relatively secure. chiang mai is an amazing place and this is the perfect budget option to explore the city.
