Worst experience in Thailand. I stayed here two nights after being discharged from Chiang Mai Ram Hospital. There were always five to six young employees sitting around talking or eating in front of guests. When a guest approached the desk suddenly they became silent and almost seemed like they did not know how to handle any request or acted suspicious...

My family stayed at The Dome for two weeks. The facilities were always clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. In fact we had forgotten a few personal items... and we were able to retrieve them nearly a month later. The only real drawback was the internet... it rarely worked for us in the room. The breakfast was...

We stayed in Room 616 for a month, it was 14,000 Baht with a 5000 baht deposit, and 200 Baht key deposit. Generally we liked the place, it was extremely clean, the staff were mostly friendly, and it has a nice Cafe serving Western style breakfasts for a reasonable cost. There is a nice lobby area, although you will need...

Nice location and off the main road Huay keow road. Has amenities located nearby, bike rental, 7-11, restaurants etc. Maya shopping mall 500m away. Clean and quiet. Good service apartment. Room service daily, 2x 500mls cold bottled water given daily. Airconditioned room. No pool. Free wifi, hard to connect and slow sometimes. A few senior long stayers here, they like...

Very clean. Bed linen changed out daily. Attentive staff. Basic but very comfortable rooms. Stayed in a suite which was very comfortable with a firm and comfortable king bed. Close to shopping centres and markets. Wifi good. Would stay again for sure.

Stayed for 3 months in 2012, before the Maya shopping center opened in 2014. I am an avid walker/runner, so getting to places on foot from The Dome was always a pleasant adventure. Favorite go-to places were the Chiang Mai Municipal Stadium (running track) which was about 1.5 miles away, and the Chiang Mai University Convention Center, which offers a...

Okay, my first week in Chiang Mai and I was looking for a good rate more then a fancy place. I travel all over Thailand (I'm Thailand Rob) and have seen it all when it comes to rooms. The place can do long term as well and nightly but I don't know the rates for the month. My overall rating...

This is the second time I've stayed at The Dome. Even with six months in-between stays, the receptionist immediately recognized me and offered to upgrade me to a larger room for the same price. The place is very well-maintained, the staff is helpful, and the rates are very reasonable, both for short and long-term stays. A restaurant with a fuller...

I was there for weeks and weeks over 2015/2016 (booked a three month stay) and it's clean, cheap (I think $200 a month CAD), the staff are OK (by Thai standards) and the building in and out is aesthetically pleasing. BUT, the noise off of Huay Kaew road is past belief. All night young idiots roar up and down on...
