We stayed here one night as we found ourself in a bind in between booked accommodations. The sheets are clean, there is a fridge in the room and a tv but ours did not work. The wifi had horrible connection for the first few hours we were there. We stayed on the top floor (4th) and it seemed to have... More

Really appreciated the room and service. The place located in central area and the owner is really advisable where to go during our stay. Not much people with crowded hotel atmosphere. If you are looking for nice and quiet place, Na Inn will be yours.

Ok, this isn't a 5* resort BUT it's clean and the owners were kind and couldn't do enough to help accommodate us. Bearing in mind that we had our 1.5 year old and a 3 year old travelling with us, they were extremely helpful - providing extra beds and bedding in the room. Positives - Basic but fine free brekkie... More

My son, daughter, and I stayed at the Na Inn for six nights recently. We each had our own room, and for a few nights we the only guests. It was a perfect central location for walking tours to many temples, restaurants, and shops. While we were there, the famous Sunday Walking Market was held, just a few blocks away.... More

Nice budget hotel in the heart of the old town. Basic breakfast provided, tea, coffee and toast. Fresh linen and towels every day. Hotel also does laundry. Coconut restaurant round the corner does great breakfast eggs and cheap food lunch and dinner. Wandering star nearby is a great travel shop.

The location is very good and the staff was quite friendly. However, the family who runs the place uses the lobby as their living space and the kids were shouting non stop. It was very noisy all day long. For the money, I think you can do a lot better in Chiang Mai.

Been to Chiang Mai a few time and firmly believe that all should stay in the heart of the old town. Its where all the culture is and full of life. This is a good budget hotel with super friendly staff. It is what is a budget hotel and is clean tidy and practical.
