Chiang Mai was the first stop of our trip and having never been to Thailand before we were a little apprehensive. We had arranged an airport pick up via the hotel and from the moment Pat picked us up in her 1960’s retro car we instantly felt at ease. Pat and Lasana could not have been more helpful and it...

The location is really good. Close enough to everything, but not right in the middle of anything. The ambiance is fantastic. The rooms are clean, modern, and the decor is unique and tasteful. But what truly made this place was the people. Pat was extremely helpful, and her staff, especially Beer (no kidding, that's her name) and Im (perhaps the happiest...

Very good place to stay and very helpful guidance in showing us what to do in Chiang Mai. Their suggestion to go to Chedi Hotel for dinner gave us the most impressive culinary experience so far - exceptional ambience and Very good food. Guesthouse itself is Very clean and Quiet though just a stone's away from the bustle and hassle....

We arrived in Chiang Mai on 6.30am from Bangkok after 10 hours bus journey from Bangkok. We arrived at Pat's around 7.00am and we was so tired after the long journey. Even though the check in time is at 2.00pm the owner Pat's herself without hesitation get our room ready and even offer us a quick break fast before we...

From the smiling welcome you'll get to this lovely boutique hotel to the high count linens on the bed, you'll know you made the right decision. The staff is outstanding, and the decor is quaint and stylely. A bit loud on the street side, and with morning two hour school every week day, you might choose to take an inside...

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Chiang Mai. It is located pretty much directly in the old town and you can reach everything by foot. Clean rooms, nice breakfast and a lovely owner. One other thing worth mentioning: the beds are softer than the usual Thai beds so besides the above mentioned your back will also get some...

From the moment we stepped through the door, late at night, and were greeted with a warm smile, and a freshly-made fruit shake, we knew we were in for a treat at Pat's Klangviang. We were visiting Chiang Mai as part of a 5 month trip through South East Asia, and can say without a doubt that Pat's has been...

This review is loong overdue. Our stay at Pats is often discussed, and has reminded us for the need to share our good experiences with others. Cozy room, clean, good hospitality, free internet, helpful staff, and good pad thai! what more could you want?

Just stayed here for 1 night. First thing's first: The location is awesome, in the middle of the Old Town, located 250 meters from Chinag Mai's most beautifull temple. The street-entrance/restaurant/lobby of the hotel is all one communal place and has a lot of character, great place for sitting by the sreet and sipping on ice cold white wine or...

We stayed here for 3 nights and we're very happy with just about everything. Lasana, (spelling??), is one of the night staff workers who really makes this place shine. She speaks excellent english, is very friendly, and willing to offer tons of advice about the best way to see chiang mai. The breakfast each morning was simple but filling. The...
