The accommodations here are pretty good, but the staff service and attitude was absolutely amazing. The male receptionist, Wi, helped us and gave recommendations of cooking classes and other adventures to book. He was happy to help us in any way that he could, and always did so with a smile. I travel a good amount, and this was by...

Nice big clean room with good air con system. Cleanliness and safety are my top 2 criteria of any hotel and Bed and Terrace Guesthouse is fantastic. This was one of my favorite places to stay as the reception is warm and friendly and the atmosphere is cute and cozy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this...

Stayed here whilst we were in Chiang Mai and it's well located away from the main road but close enough to walk to the centre of town. Staff were friendly and the room was clean and simple. We actually arrived before our twin room was ready and the receptionist upgraded us to a triple room to save us waiting. Wifi...

When we arrived at the guesthouse, the staff was immediately welcoming and showed us to our room. *There is no elevator so please be warned if you plan on traveling with lots of luggage* Our room was large, had a comfy bed, tv with English channels, and water provided everyday in the mini fridge! The staff was very helpful with...

Big comfy bed, fridge with ice trays, lovely furniture, wet room and mosquito panels on the Windows. Also has a balcony for the room. Very affordable and the staff are amazing. Let us use their reception computer, scanner and printer when we needed to print some documents

We stayed at Bed And Terrace Chiang Mai in April 2016. We had friends staying at other hostels around Chiang Mai, both of which were 15 minutes walking Hotel: The hotel itself is a little old, but certainly has a nice vibe to it with a seating area/ping pong table in the lobby. Our room itself was ok, there were...

Stayed in the guesthouse for a week of NYE 2016 and were very please with the place. We had a private double room with private bathroom. We decided on getting a room with a fan only as we were travelling during the cooler time of the year and it was definitely okay - no AC needed in December\January! There were...

Very nice little hotel with very helpful staff with a homey feel to it. It is on a quiet street, but close to many things, such as food markets and the old city. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

For the price a good guesthouse. Do not expect luxury. Unfortunately there is no breakfast included, the closest breakfast was about 10 min walk. The girl who managed the place was very kind. Good place to stay for 1 or 2 nights.

Fantastic guesthouse. The staff treated my friend and I with great courtesy. The rooms were clean and quiet. Showers weren't the warmest, but for the price, it can't be beat. Close to all markets and shops.
