Staff was awesome and helpful. Rooms were clean and the location is just outside the wall. Not the place to go to if you want to party but great if you need somewhere to sleep in between ching mai excursions.

My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights. Rooms were very dated and basic but most importantly, they were clean. We stayed on the 4th floor. There were no lifts and the man, although very friendly, didn't offer to help with the bags. There was only a fan in the room so it did get very hot. Wifi was...

How wonderful I found this guesthouse for my 3-days trip to Chiangmai on April 2015. The staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy. This place also fit in with an ancient city like Chiangmai.

We were recommended to stay at Bed and Terrace from some friends who visited last year. We booked the dream suite for 3 nights for £70. It was lovely, a huge room, very clean. The location of the guesthouse was great, close to the old city and also the night bazaar. The guesthouse staff were very friendly and helped us...

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights as part of our Thailand holiday. We booked the penthouse suite, which was a big room, and the only one on the 4th floor. There is no lift so prepare to carry your bags. The room was clean, with a big comfortable bed. There was a large fridge which was stocked...

This guesthouse is a lovely place to stay! Located just outside of the 'square' with everyone around it. There isn't really a main part of this area so we found enough restaurants, bars, shops within a few minutes walk. The entrance to the guesthouse is very welcoming with a table tennis table, sofas, drinks ect and the rooms are very...

This Hostel had the look and feel of an Hotel, and a good one at that! We took the suite on the top floor, which gave access to the roof top and a really did feel like a penthouse appartment! The girl on the desk was amazing, showing us to the room and making sure we could use the facilities....

Bed and Terrace Guesthouse Pros: Amazing location - walking distance from the Sunday Market and other tourist attractions. Staff are very helpful and extremely welcoming; nothing seemed too much of a hassle. Speak excellent English too. Rooms were tidied each day and provided with free water and coffee. Suite is very spacious and perfect for couples as you don't feel...

We stayed here for 5 nights at the start of June. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful at giving directions and calling to book trips. The room was very clean and also had a large fridge which every other hotel we have stayed in on our travels has not! They came in every day, regardless of what time...

This place was great! My friend and I were backpacking through Thailand and stopped in Chiang Mai to go to an elephant rescue center. The service here was excellent and the room was very clean. I felt safe and we were close to the market. It was also very affordable. Definitely recommend it!
