I stayed here for eight days and it is very central to everything. It is not 5 star but considering that I stayed in PULLMAN Hotel G in Silom prior in executive suite I still enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning works well, the staff are friendly. The shower however did not have much water...

This 3 star hotel was ideal close to Chinatown, Night Bazaar and within walking distance to the Sunday markets - the biggest market I have ever seen. The staff were friendly and helpful as much as they could. Their English wasn't wonderful but we got there most of the time. It was a concern on our last night as we...

From the moment of arrival the staff were so welcoming and could not do enough to assist in any matter required. Breaky on the roof was lovely and the beds comfortable. The hotel is very inexpensive and central to everything.

Got a good deal on this. The centre of Chang Mai is about ten minutes away walking. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming couldn't do enough for us. Very helpful. Rooms were clean and well made. Only downside was the air conditioning wasn't brilliant but we were ok with that. It's not the Ritz, but you get what you pay...

My promotion room (credit card promotion) isn't impress me due to the sound form air conditioner 's compressor (in separete room next to the living room). There is no any hot water for you to shower. I stayed here in November 2015 for 3 nights. The moment I walked in I knew I'd picked a good hotel - smart, clean and the most friendly staff ever. My room was pretty small, but very, very comfortable and I had an excellent nights sleep. The only problem i had was with the room safe which for some reason...

Its the location that make us select this hotel. It ready live up to its name(The Small Chiang Mai Hotel ).The room was clean but the the bathroom hardly kept dry.Only basic things are available.Maybe you get what you paid for.The breakfast is so so. Its high time for them to renovate the place. Anyway, one night stay still bearable. Good Location!

Fantastic hotel. Really clean, modern, lovely rooms and bathroom with good aircon. Safety deposit box included which we like. In a perfect location for the night bazaar which we thoroughly recommend doing. Pool is small but nice to cool off. Staff were friendly too and a nice lobby area with bar! We booked in advance and got it for a...

The service from the reception all the way to the bell lady was excellent. Very good thai hospitality. But the pool was very small but is clean. Excellent location as nice barzar 'n old town Thapae gate, which in the main reason I chose to stay here again for the second time.
