I would recommend to stay at this guesthouse if you like to get some sleep and rest. It is in a great position in this old city square in which most of the wats are located and you can find great food in a just minutes of walk. I would stay there again. Good value for the money.

I really enjoyed my stay in Chiang Mai and I think The Britannia was very important for that. The guesthouse location is perfect to explore by foot the old town. The room was tidy, clean and comfortable. And the people were very nice and helpful during my stay. I booked a cooking class and a trekking day there and things...

This was our second time staying in the Britannia, because we enjoyed it so much the first time. It's a really good value for money and it is very clean, which is really important to me. Housekeeping is very good and efficient. The hotel is in a very quiet location and also a very good location. It's near some good...

We stayed at The Britannia for two nights while visiting Chang Mai. The hotel is run by a lovely couple and they both speak English. and it's minutes away from the city center and surrounded by cafes and places to eat so nice Thai food. There is a common room on the ground floor and a lovely patio where you...

Stayed here with a friend for over a week and enjoyed every aspect of it. The location is ideal with great restaurants nearby and they helped coordinate our travel on to Laos. Will stay again when I'm back in Chiang Mai! Thanks for everything :)

We stayed at The Britannia for 4 nights last week. We had a wel appointed and very clean room with a nice balcony overlooking the alley. Laundry service was good. The owners are lovely people! We felt very much at home. Location is also excellent in a cosy and quiet corner of the old city. Walking distance to many good...

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean place in a very convenient location. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with working tv and air-conditioner. The toilet could get some improvements, like plastic curtains, and it's a little noisy when other guests arrive during your sleep. But nothing that prevents us from having a good experience at the place.

Thank you for giving us a perfect rating and for recommending our hotel to other travelers. I'm sure our staff enjoyed catering to your needs as much as you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately our building can be a little noisy with people moving around at night but most times with consideration does not present a big problem for us. Take...

Situated in the heart of a lively backpacker area, this is great place to use as a base when visiting Chiang Mai. You get a warm welcome from hosts Lachie, an affable New Zealander, and his wife, Ow. They have a huge amount of information on trips, tours and excursions and they are a good starting point for advice if...

Super comfy bed, good wifi, cosy room, friendly staff who can help book taxi / bus. Great value for money. We wanted to extend a night but they were fully booked and we could see why! Close to plenty of temples and the markets / night bazaar isn't far
