The Siri House is located in Wat Ket, a little bit outside of town (to far to walk). The owner is a lovely landlady, she serves a good Thai breakfast. The rooms are clean and big enough, bigger than most in Chiang Mai. The old house has a really nice atmosphere.

We really enjoyed staying at Siri House. Mrs Pat is a great person and host. The house has a nice garden, clean rooms and bathrooms. We also enjoyed home made breakfast and fruits that Mrs Pat has prepared.

Siri House, was just the place we were looking for. We booked for only one night but when we got there and saw the place and met Pat we knew we wanted to stay for our 4 night stay. The garden and outside space was beautifully kept. The house is beautifully built, typical thai wooden house. It offers 5 rooms,...

1150 baht for a double room including breakfast consisting of cut fruit (mango and pineapple), toast bread and coffee/tea/milo. Which is a bit pricy in my opinion. We've stayed cheaper and better - in Chiang Mai also. Pat is a nice and personal host though, and the location is great. Renting scooters through Siri House is expensive. Minimum 250 baht.

I fell in love with Siri House right from the first moment stepping inside the place. A beautiful Thai house is there for you with the most hospitable welcoming ever from Pat - the owner. Every detail in Siri House is creative, unique, adorable and warm-hearted, from the outdoor setting, the hammock, the dog to the beautiful drawings on the...

My fiancé and I absolutely loved this place. It was difficult for the driver to find so I suggest just asking them to call Pat. She will work it out for you. We arrived very late after the taxi driver for lost twice and dropped us at the wrong hotel once. It was almost midnight after being on a 12...

Pros - quiet location, clean room, comfortable bed and friendly and helpful owner. Cons - low pressure of the shower. PS: when you book it is clear where the place is...so I don't understand the complains I read. Anyhow, it's 30mins walking from the old town, 15 from night bazar (and night food market) and 10 to the restaurants and...

The pros - the house is really nice. Its an old style Thai house, with lovely garden. The cons - they always want extra money - as we checked in we were told we needed to pay 40B per person per day to have the room cleaned. On day one the manager told us to sit down and have breakfast,...

Pat is the most gracious and welcoming host! We instantly felt at home in her house. Very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The house and garden are beautiful- very peaceful and serene. It's not in the center of town-- it's just east of the river- but it's very easy and direct to walk to the old city (only about 15 minutes...
