We stayed here over Christmas, and found it very relaxing. The staff are all friendly, breakfast was included and was good, there were a selection of hot & cold foods cereals yogurts fruit etc. We had lunch and dinner here during our stay both were good. The balcony was nice addition to our room, sitting out side with a glass...

Dear lovely guests, Thank you for your comments. We have a black board sign stating about the music in the garden located near the pool. However, it may not be the best spot to show that advertise. We will make the new sign for this. By the way, we will have music in the garden every Friday and Saturday evening...

My boyfriend and I had a standard double room on the 4th floor (there are 5 floors I believe). Pros: -BEAUTIFUL boutique hotel -Luxurious, spacious room -Hot shower -Kind staff -Very quiet -Cute outdoor space for breakfast -Pool! Cons: -No pretty view -Wifi was inconsistent, went in and out -Not close to anything (this can be a pro or a...

Dear lovely guests, Thank you for your valuable comments. Our standard room has everything in it as same as the Superior room. However, its size is smaller and there is no inside hotel view at the balcony. If you'd like to have a better view, please book us a Superior, Deluxe, or Honeymoon Suite type for your next visit. Sincerely...

We stayed 3 nights at the deluxe room and one night in the superior (lower rated) The deluxe is really well designed, new and with attention to detail and an independent style. Comfort was high and great bathroom. Service good and homely with no pretentiousness. Minus: you heard the neighbors quite a lot and the breakfast is below the general...

Dear lovely guests, Thank you for your valuable comments. We are now improving our breakfast buffet by adding a hot cooked food demonstration (scrumble eggs and etc.) as well as a cold cut and cakes. In generally our hotel is a very quiet place at night. However, if sometimes you stay next to a group of Chinese or Thai people....

First time I have stayed here, staff were great, very helpful and friendly. Room was fantastic, well equipped, spacious and clean. Great location, we hired bikes from next door and had fun exploring the town. Breakfast was fantastic, lots to choose from, all freshly cooked. If I went back to Chiang Mai I would stay here again!

2nd time I've stayed here and was not disappointed again. Perfect! The rooms are very well equipped, they are very clean and they have everything you need inside them. Very close to everything and tuk tuks are so cheap you can get to anything for no more than £2!

Our family went to Chiang Mai in Dec 2014 and stayed a week at the De Lanna Hotel. Great location in the Old City and right next to the Wat Prah Singh...(Ironically, we were so busy, we never got to visit that Wat and it was right next door!)...The staff was warm, welcoming and very accommodating ...we also booked all...

This hotel is on the quieter side of old town, not on the noisy side of the gate, yet so near to walk everywhere. Location is nice and quiet. Amenities all just the road behind. Hotel looks quaint n pretty. Not luxurious, but very pleasant and charming. Everything looks quite new. The small swimming pool and koi ponds in front...

Dear lovely guests, Thank you for your comments. We will definitely improve our staffs gestures and the way of treating our guests. In the busy time period like this high season, some of them may feel exhausted, but it's not the case of not smiling when they are in the service field. Thank you again for your valuable comments. Sincerely...

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfy. The staff were friendly, striking up conversation with me and my wife. We used the pool once, and I remember the water being somewhat chilly, but it might be the time of year we visited. The hotel location puts many sites restaurants and bars within walking distance. We walked to many of our...

Nice hotel. An oasis of comfort and quiet in the heart of the old city. Professional staff. Very friendly. Rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable. Bathrooms in need of some updating. Otherwise, a great place to stay.

We stayed at the De Lanna for 4 nights, and it was such a delight. Our room was lovely with a great bathroom and large walk in shower, everything was very clean and the towels smelt amazing! We had a little balcony area overlooking the courtyard and swimming pool. It is in a fantastic area too in the old town,...
