The Lux hotel is a great place to stay. The rooms are big with free WFI, 2 bottles of water every day . Free Coffee and tea is available downstairs or you can walk to the Euro inn which has full English Breakfast or any other meal you want in 5to 6 minutes. Reception is great and there is free...

I reserved 3 rooms for one week. The rooms were adequate and each room had a flat screen with a small refrigerator. The bedroom was relatively small but also adequate. The staff was very nice but they nickel and dimed you to death with additional charges for anything you asked for such as an extra towel or pillow. All of...

i've stayed at lux on numerous occasions whilst visiting Chiang Mai. Lux Hotel offers a great/quiet location right on the edge of the old city walls, staff are helpful & friendly, room types are 2 different choices superior & deluxe and both types offer exceptional value for money. tea/coffee and cookies are available complimentary in the dinning area. the hotel...

As far as hotels go in this area, this is nothing special. The rooms were clean enough, and everything seemed to work fairly well. The staff while friendly, didn't really help us that much. We would find out more about Chiangmai by wondering and asking a few of the local travel agents. The worst part of this hotel had to...

I am a solo female traveler and have stayed over three weeks each time at the Lux in the last the last two years. I think it is great value for money as I did check may other similar hotels and this came out on top. The rooms are large with flat screen TV, big refrigerator and quite bright. They...

We have stayed at this hotel a few years ago too. Its very easy to find, being on the 'circular' road around the canal in the center of Chiang Mai. The staff are helpful even if they do not understand English much. Rooms are clean and so are the bathrooms. Its a shame they don't serve breakfast as such, just...

The hotel is in a perfect location and the staff are really kind. Even they don't speak a perfect English they help you in everything they can with a smile. The rooms are very clean with air conditioner and really nice. I spent two weeks there and I totally recommend it.

Nice rooms a bit noisy but then that's Asia. The staff are okay only one girl speaks a little English so do your own homework. They won't give a discount for a longer stays keep saying the owner lives in Singapore. The overall place is okay.

On a friend's recommendation I booked a room for a week at The LUX hotel located right in the heart of the city. Will easy access to everything one could possibly want or need, The LUX was my favorite hotel thus far in southeast Asia. My room was large with a very comfy bed, nice view and a refrigerator which...

Have stayed a week at this hotel and it ticks all the boxes.when I looked at previous reviews I was surprised at the negative comments. This hotel is in the tropics and yes you may get little ants and there may be the odd stain on a sheet but they are washed and clean, but the positives are great. Location in...
