We pretty much checked in and checked out. A huge dead cockroach in one corner, dirty bathrooms and beds hard as floor, sheets really stained. I've been to many places in S.E.A but hell no to this. I even took an over night train and it was cleaner then this. I don't care how nice the ladies are. They knew...

The sweet ladies that run this place will do anything for you, and will always make you welcome. My wife and I have stayed there at least a dozen times over the past several years. The location is perfect, very near many good restaurants, several wats, and Sunday Walking Street

This hotel is in a great location, walking distance to many of the big temples, inside of the old city, you can still walk to the night market but is a little far away. Rooms are spacious and confortable, very clean. Staff was very friendly.

I just stayed at the Baan Nam Sai hotel for a week or so and was happy that I ended up here. This was my first time in Chiang Mai, and based my decision to stay primarily on the other Trip Advisor reviews. To start off, for the price I think this is a really good value. Room is clean,...

Been here now for a week. Small hotel with super friendly management and staff. Can't beat it for the price you pay. Very convenient location within the old city. Easy walk to Thapae Gate, good cheap Thai places to eat, and popular bars. Clean room with large refrigerator, TV, airconditioning, multiple electric outlets, good hot water shower, comfortable bed, small...

This was our first visit to Chiang Mai and we are so glad we booked at Baan Nam Sai. It is on a quiet street in the walled city and is super convenient to everything but serenely quiet. The hotel is very well run, the staff incredibly sweet and helpful, and our room (third floor corner) was large and spotless....

We stayed in the twin room at Baan Nam Sai for two nights. It was clean and comfortable wit a great location in the old city. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. This hotel is great value for money, as it was a similar price to the basic hostel we stayed in before.

No beat for its location, at the old town area, near for all sightseeing attractions. Big and spotless room with strong wifi signal. Quite but safe place for short or long stay. My room cleaned daily and placed 2 bottles of drinking water in the fridge druing in my stay. One drawback for the senior or has foot problem person...
