It's not in the heart of the centre, it's not cute and it's not cosy. Neither is it good value for money. Yes, the staff are friendly and the reception area is colourful and comfortable. Beyond that it is run down and not very clean. The lighting in my room was very poor, but even so I was able to...

We stayed for 4 nights for around $100 NZD total. We loved the staff at reception, very warm and welcoming with good command of English. Facilities abit dated, but staff were very diligent in cleaning of rooms etc. Also appreciated the free taxi calling service as we were charged 300 Baht to call one at our previous accomodation. Pool was...

It was a good budget hotel the staff were friendly and helpful bathroom was out on veranda which was unusual & very basic.Breakfast was ok we got what we ordered though staff had limited english (our problem not their fault). It is a bit of a trip from the main attractions but it was a short walk to find some cafe's...

I had the pleasure of staying here for a month while I studied in Chiang Mai. The room was pleasant and quiet, and the staff was friendly. They have bicycles to rent here and a nice pool area to relax by. Nice room cleaning service and coffee/tea in the mornings. The room was spacious, colorful, and pleasant. I will definitely...

This hotel said it was in the heart of all the tourist attractions, and this was not the case. Whilst it was not a terribly long journey into the centre, there are better locations, for the same price/quality. Apart from the bathroom, I cannot fault any of the facilities. The bathroom, I found, was very sub-par. The shower was so...

Very simple, entrance sneaks up on you. Breakfast is ok, rooms clean, and AC/fans keep it cool. Not too much to talk about here, other than its safe, clean and not too pricy. It is in a decent location in regards to downtown too, so that's a plus. Pools small but clean.

Little far from the city if you are on foot. I had a rental car and it worked out for me,I'll say perfect they had parking a couple feet away from the elevator. Eat only a few times there it wasn't bad they only have 2 menu's cereal or eggs with ham and sausage for 50 baht. Also frozen food...

recommendation if you are traveling in a group or with many kids (as we do). Staff is very friendly and orientated on kids :) the rooms might need some renovation soon as the bathrooms are very outdated. Anyway we can recommend for family stop.

This was a very basic guest house. We stayed here for 4 nights and I would not do it again. You certainly get a better place to stay for the same money. The breakfast was one of the worst I have seen in a hotel / guest house. You could not take a proper shower, because there was not enough...
