I stayed at Diva for 4 nights and I loved it! I stayed in the dorm and it was clean, the girls change the bins often and they make your bed everyday. There are two fans and air con, hot water and a small locker. You can book tours at reception and they also gave me a complimentary massage in...

This place is the gold standard of backpacker hostels. It's compact, clean, central, friendly, with all the amenities like trip bookings and scooter rentals. Oh and the restaurant: they have some of the best food we had on our entire trip to Chang Mai which spanned four weeks. Try the chicken rice soup for breakfast - you might never crave...

I stayed in a 6 person female dorm. It had a bathroom attached and was very humid. There was fans going which was good. However, it still wasn't enough to block out the sounds from the lobby/hang out area next door. Definitely for the younger backpacker crowd who wants to stay out really late. The staff was helpful in many...

We went there for breakfast, and I had an English .. effectively 3 course breakfast! The most amazing colourful array of fruit, followed by a non greasy fry up, and then toast and jam for afters. Plus coffee. And a tourist info point in the back of the menu!? Super friendly helpful staff, and a fantastic manager. Who I pitched...

We stayed for three nights. It was a good location in the old city, and the room was fine with a small bathroom attached. However, it was very damp the whole time, where the sheets and bed spread felt like they would never dry. It was raining the first few days we were there, but I got the vibe it...

We stayed here for four nights and loved Diva, mainly for its ambience and such helpful staff. Our room was quite basic and a little tired but was clean, comfortable and all we needed for our stay in Chiang Mai. What makes Diva quite special is the ambience of the place. The communal area is a proper backpacker establishment with...

Stayed one night, had the double room closest to the road. The room was original, colorful and cosy, I really liked it. Floors could have been cleaner, but sheets and towels were perfect. As I'm a light sleeper, the noise from the road was a problem. Also I think the walls are thin, because I heard people talking and coughing....

After reading all the amazing reviews I was looking forward to my stay at Diva. To my disappointment I was showed to my room that was more like a bunker. Apparently I even got 'upgraded'. No natural light as the window was facing the corridor. You could hear everything incl your neighbours doing their business. The room was dated, bed...

Great guesthouse in a central location in the old part of the city. Massage, laundry and great food steps from the front door. Each morning our hosts were ready with coffee and suggestions on plans for the day and even arranged a prepaid car to take us to the airport when it was time to go. I would definitely stay...
