When we were in Australia two of our friends said "it's the best place to stay in Chiang Mai" and we think they are right. We spent four nights here. The Guesthouse is tidy, clean, quiet and very good quality price. GREAT BED (matress)! The location is very good too. Three hot spot free WIFI (always a great internet connection... More

We're enjoying our stay so much we're writing this review now, instead of waiting till the end of our time in Chiang Mai. This unique little guesthouse is beautiful - from the owners, to the furnishings, to the rooms - everything is just perfect for us. There are quiet areas on each floor to sit and relax, or converse with... More

We stayed in the double room with fan, very small (but we had lots of bags lol) but sufficient for what we wanted. Quite a hard bed but this is the norm for Thailand so was used to it! Nice comfy pillows. Very clean, although our room quite often had mosquitoes in it but when I mentioned it they sprayed... More

We especially recommend you to go to this place because of the owner from the top garden boutique victor. The rooms are clean, they also offer you trips to different places for a better price. Thank you for those beautiful days in chiang mai!

Top Garden is a great guesthouse if you're wanting to explore the sights of Chiang Mai. Victor, Thunya and the team are so efficient in what they do, from the easy email correspondence when booking, to the moment you meet them, with their welcoming smiles, you feel comfortable and at home from the get go. The guesthouse rooms are well... More

I was there for three nights at the end of January, and had the suite at the top of the stairs. The bedroom was lovely, with windows on two of the walls, a comfy bed, two chairs and a small table, and a television. The a/c worked great. The smaller room had a desk, a wardrobe, and a small refrigerator... More

I wanted to thank Victor for being such a great host, he took time to give us some great recommendations and went out of his way to assist. The guest house is top notch and all the staff were very helpful. Should we find ourselves back in Chiang Mai, we'll be staying here.

We arrived at Top Garden after our bus journey from Chiang Rai. We received a very warm welcome in a beautiful entrance/courtyard, checked in quickly and showed to our room. We'd booked the suite and it was huge. Everything you would need from a room, good sized bathroom, large wardrobe space, fridge, T.V., aircon and a queen size bed. There's... More

We stayed there for 3 nights, the room is very nice, the stuff is very friendly, but the water in bathroom is quite small and not warm enough (during the coldest winter ever in Chiangmai) Everything is fine but when it comes to bed time, it feels like sleeping on the street, the car and motorbike noise from the road...
