Very nice, helpful owners, a beautiful terrace with a lot of plants. Clean affordable rooms, relaxing atmosphere and a very central location in old city in Chiang Mai. I will happily come back next time!

Just spent several wonderful days at the guest house. Very reasonably priced rooms with arctic AC and fans (if you desire), clean and quiet with excellent breakfasts. Cheap beers to kick off evenings. Mr Lang was very friendly helpful throughout.
