It seems like a nice option if you are travelling on a low budget. Nice bed to sleep and good shower, rest they have very less amenities so choose according to your needs. Location is good, in the old city

The hotel is in budget range. It has all the basic amenities. Do not expect any luxury here as you will get what you pay for. Overall it has all basic amenities. Location is in the old town along the cold city walls.

We booked this room as we were backpacking expecting a nice break from hostels and got the complete opposite. The lobby is nice which is misleading compared to the rooms. Online they look incredible, in person I couldn't recommend a worse place to stay. There were bugs in our entire bathroom and in the room, we were booked for two...

We stayed here for 3 nights and after jungle trekking we were just grateful for a shower and a bed. The rooms were nicer than we were expecting, spacious and modern with a little balcony for us to sit out on. The overall hotel wasn't great, having purchased a new swimsuit for my time at the hotel I was very...

It was my last minute booking, I called hotel directly for verbal reservation the day before arriving - no deposit required! The price is great, 699 baht including breakfast. The hotel is located near the airport, 15 minute drive with no traffic jam (150 baht taxi from airport) and 10 min walk to shopping mall - Central kad suan kaew....

I am a frequent user of trip advisor and rely on it a lot to see the general vibe of where to stay. I was in a rush having a look at this hotel as it was the day before I was due to fly into Chiang Mai, and wow I regret not actually realising the last review was last...

This hotel was opened quite recently and is located at the crossroads of a busy intersection. The rooms were slightly small but all the amenities were available, so it was value for money. You can take a stroll to the central plaza shopping centre with Tops supermarket and many food stalls to settle your meals. Walking down the road also...

Simple, clean, working AC and TV, great location and best of all cheap with a pool on the roof with no people. Looks brand new. The free breakfast was nothing to write home about, but the fried rice wasnt bad. Rented a bike for 80 baht, great way to get around in the old parts of Chiang mai. Mostly Thai...

The Chiang Mai Residence is located just north east of the Old City, a fifteen-minute walk from the restaurants and bars in the city center. The rooms are large and clean and the staff is very helpful. The rooftop has a great sunset view, although the pool area could use some sort of sun coverage. Overall, a great budget place...
