Reason for booking this place was because i was hoping for a boutique homely feel with character that you dont get in chain hotels... There was no welcome on arrival ... just a " wheres your reservation number"? And for 3 days there i never even saw anyone other than a guy who sat behind computer at back of reception.... More

This hotel in Chiangmai was well--located inside the old city, near the night markets and the walking street. The room was small but adequate and the bathroom was also very small, although the shower was a decent size. The room was quite dark as the windows were colored glass and didn't let in any light. There is a lovely outdoor... More

I first stayed at this hotel in June and stayed again in September. This time i booked the king suite, which was lovely.Only downside is that the suite is on the ground floor and located next to the reception,so it can be noisy. The beds are a little hard but thats a small issue. The hotel is lovely, spotlessly clean and the... More

My partner and I stayed here with another couple while enjoying a 2 week holiday in Thailand. The hotel is lovely and incredibly good value, with spacious rooms which were beautifully decorated and very clean. Would highly recommend staying here.

we stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed the convenient location and clean rooms. We couldn't use the pool as it was a bit cold but it was clean and other guests dare to swim. Had breakfast included and that was nothing special but ok.

We stayed here for 3 nights in march and we're very happy with it. The room had clean sheets and bed with flatscreen tv. The shower and toilet were also clean. There is someone at the front desk 24/7 which is nice in case of late time check in or emergency. The huge perk is the pool. It's not huge... More

Convenient place, closer to the Saturday Market. My room was small and darkness located at group floor, close to the main road, you can heard the sound of transport anytime. Sink in the toilet was stuck.

We had previously stayed at this hotel for some 18 days, this trip was only for 11 days but they did not let us down. The room we had was junior suite which offered a larger room and amenities such as a fridge, which allowed us to keep food and drink. The cleanliness was well above our expectations, and each... Large room with a separate sitting room. However, the rooms were dark and the electricity did not work in every plug There was the constant sound of traffic all the time as well as kids running around and screaming. The shower had cold water and some kind of noise from the room behind it. The room itself was freezing no... More

Pretty looking hotel with a little swimming pool, nice breakfast area, good helpful staff and, reasonable breakfast. The rooms were lovely and the bathroom the best I've had on this entire trip (some 20 bathrooms). The hotel is in a good location within the city walls and easily accessible from airport, railway station, etc. Also close to the rather disappointing... More
