We stayed here for 4 nights and were unfortunately very disappointed. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures, it was much older and in a bad shape. The service was bad as well. When we asked the girl in the reception for suggestions about good places to eat, she was too busy watching movies on the computer and said that...

I was a guest here for a week a few weeks ago. The check in was flawless, the room extremely clean and bed was comfortable (by Thai standards)The grounds of the property are very tropical, the pool area was always clean. Breakfast was always good, very tasty coffee (not instant). Lah, the Manager, always was very attentive to get guests...

My family and I stayed at The Twenty Lodge for 4 nights. What a beautiful spot. The staff here is fantastic. They are very friendly and they speak English. It is very easy to get around Chiangmai Mai from this location. Just a block or two away is one of the main thoroughfares of the old city. From there you...

This was our 3rd trip to Chiang Mai, and this was far and away our most favorite place to stay. We stayed here 9 nights -- the facilities are all very nice and clean, the location was perfect for us, and the staff were especially kind. They are what made our stay so enjoyable. We could have stayed another week!...

The Twenty Lodge is all that you can of a lovely little boutique hotel. Well maintained, clean, great facilities and especially the service is outstanding. The location is still central but far enough away from the buzzing city centre to have a relaxed sleep and to spend relaxing hours in the wonderful garden and at the pool. The staff is...

The hotel is situated in a quiet lane inside the old city but slightly out of the main area for restaurants and bars. There are a few local restaurants nearby but most of them closed very early, some at 6.00 pm and one or two at 8.30. It's about a 15 minute walk to the main restaurant area which was...

Everything about the Twenty Lodge is lovely. Lovely, attentive staff; beautiful, clean, comfortable rooms; beautifully landscaped; lovely breakfast each morning. The location is on the far side of the old city from most of the tourist hubbub, which is great if you like to retreat from all the action to a quieter, greener spot. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay...

I have spent about a week in this hotel and wow! Cannot fault them! The rooms are spacious, bed is very nice to sleep on, TV is good, aircon works well, pool is great to dip in but, more importantly the people make this place! Lah the manager is a beautiful soul, she is always smiling and happy and ready...

We stayed several nights in a deluxe room (they have two on site and the larger room for the price is highly recommended) and really loved our stay. The staff goes out of its way with fantastic service. As an example of the service, invariably every time we were by the pool one of the lovely girls would bring out...
