We stayed here for 2 nights during our time in Chiang Mai and I can not speak highly enough of this hotel. We stayed in a poolside room which had a little balcony and direct access to the beautiful pool. The room was huge, clean and comfortable complete with a 4 post bed. Our room included breakfast and we got...

We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were clean, beds weren't anything special but were just fine for sleeping. Breakfast was very good. The customer service was wonderful! We only stayed a few days, but the staff remembered our names and treated us very well. Walking distance to the main area of town and the mall, or a cheap...

We stayed at the Baan U Sabai for 4 nights while visiting Chiang Mai - the hotel was wonderful, clean, staff was very helpful in arranging tuk-tuks and excursions for us; the food was delicious - rooms were amazing! We had a pool side room with a king size bed and plenty of space! The hotel offered many services some...

We spent only a single day at this charming and beautifully designed hotel because of a late night flight departure from Chiang Mai International Airport. The hotel seems to focus on airport travelers or those with vehicles, because the hotel itself is far from the sites of interest in Chiang Mai and has no real neighborhood for walking and exploring....

Thai style hotel, very helpful staff, clean rooms and a very peaceful atmosphere, close to the airport and a short distance to the city centre. If you want to have a quiet peaceful, relaxing stay, then this is the place.

We stayed for three nights and loved the swimming pool area, the clean and spacious rooms and the excellent staff. The concierge went out of his way to make us feel at home and help us with booking tours, accommodation and transfer. Quite a walk from the city centre.

You don't need to pay a lot to have a paradise of a Hotel! After being in Bangkok for a few days and finally arrived at Chiang Mai, we've decided to treat ourselves at a nice hotel much more expensive, BIG MISTAKE. We loved Chiang Mai so we extended our stay and changed our hotel to this beautiful boutique Hotel....

What a gem - just hiding off the main airport freeway and in walking distance to one of Chiang Mai's larger shopping centres. I had no expectation of this hotel, booking it purely on the proximity to the airport and the good rate offered. Here you will find a little boutique hotel decorated in Thai style with timber floors and...

We loved this hotel so much. The room was beautiful, the lobbies were gorgeous. Comfy bed. The pool kept my 9 year old entertained for hours after sweaty sightseeing. It's pretty far away from old city Chiang Mai, which in my mind is actually a GREAT thing (we felt old city was repetitive and touristy - offering nothing authentic feeling....

After a few days in Bangkok we really wanted somewhere a little more quiet but not too far away from the centre. Baan U Sabai was perfect. A short 5 minute tuk tuk journey (100Baht) from the airport and a free journey back to the airport. The staff were lovely especially the owner O. O could not do enough for...
