Stayed there during the lantern festival, they have an amazing view with really cool ambiance. The staffs are very helpful and nice, always ready to help you. The rooms are really good and amazing. Its not to expensive also. Its worth the money you spend :-)

Great place to stay, very clean, large comfortable rooms and super helpful friendly staff. Fabulous pool too. Free shuttle into city as hotel is a little way out but that's no problem. There was a festival on when we stayed, Loy Kratong and staff showed us how to make flower baskets and launch them on the river. Laid on a...

This hotel is perfect. The rooms are large and so clean and beautifully decorated. We were there as part of our honeymoon and it was very romantic. The staff are fabulous too and speak English well. The only downside was that you can't walk to the centre of Chiangmai but the free shuttle services are great and you can get...

If you want something special? Stay in the Sheik Istana hotel in Chiang Mai. Beautiful Maroccan design, huge rooms with a view over the river and distant temple. I will recommend the suite room, the other rooms are smaller but also good enough. Staff very friendly, small but tasty breakfast buffet. Not so far from the city center and airport.

Having been to Morocco was such a thrill...but this is my South East Asia trip and right here in Chiang Mai, is a nice essence of Morocco themed hotel, with its curved archways and colors found in Morocco...the hotel has a very pleasant and ample river side breakfast restaurant, gym and 2 swimming pools. The hotel staff is very friendly,...

We thought this hotel was a real gem. It's Moroccan-Asian fusion, the buildings and gardens are pure Morocco but the welcome and service is pure Thai. Staff cannot do enough to be helpful and friendly despite sometimes limited English. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and all have small balconies and river views. It's a boutique hotel with around 30 rooms,...

Was impressed by the style of the hotel and also the landscape. Was stayed in suite room and it was huge with nice decoration. The balcony was sooooo small! The room had bad smell so i had to spary air freshener. The breakfast was good, love the service ^_^ Will come back again if the price is still resonable.

What a great place to stay. A strange mix of Moroccan and Asian interiors which made the place a little kooky but fun! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were divine. Bed extremely comfortable, soft pillows - heaven! The only down side is that it is a taxi ride into the markets and downtown (shopping) area which...

I love this hotel its quite and beautiful with a luxurious feel. I think this hotel is great for Westerners like me simply because its modern clean and has the amenities that Westerners like while traveling. I would sit out on the patio (which I believe almost all the rooms have a patio )....and just look at the beautiful river...

This hotel is located out of the way from the main city of Chang Mai. However, the taxi is only about $ 6 USD each way to the main area and so it is well worth it if you want to get away from the hustle. Additionally, the hotel has a shuttle at set times to take you to the...
