I staid at Sixty House for over a week and it soon became a second home. While the rooms are a bit small that is to be expected in Asia. The rooms were decorated very beautifully, they were incredibly clean, and the hotel staff was so attentive. I became very ill in Chiang Mai and the staff checked in on...

Very cheap, and the only other good thing is the location. Its only a few hundred meters to the tha pae gate. But it's dirty and smells funky. Thai people urinated in the alley, wich added to the scent. The bed made me itch, not sure if it was bedbugs or anything else. I won't stay there again.

Me and my boyfriend usually gets cheep room, and at times we been unsatisfied. But now i felt compelled to write a review to help other travellers. My bf was really unhappy with the lack of cleansiness, so I tried to get the maid to clean our room. But the lady was angry with me, and in the end, said...

I am used to cheap places. But when you need to wash your feet after a shower, its on the edge of too dirty. We stayed there for a few days and there was no housekeeping at all. Its dirty everywhere. I mean, really dirty.

Very good hotel, lovely staff, quite, good clean rooms. Perfect location Could do with more seats downstairs as 2 wasn't enough when there are other people in the hotel too. Tours booked through the hotel are mega cheap too. All in all a very pleasant stay at sixty house

I booked this guest house including with Airasia ticket via AirasiaGo. The location is near Tha Phae Gate (not more than 5 mins walk) and "7-11", convenient store opening 24 hrs. My room is clean and safe provided towel, free wifi, private restroom with water heater and shared kitchen. Drinking or hot water is provided at the lobby. Eventhough it's...

Rooms are not so nice, and bathroom also, but the location is perfect, right in between the Tha Pae gate (old city) and the Night Bazaar district, you can do everything by foot. The staff is nice, but not so warm. However, Chiang Mai is amazing!

Clean and in a great location for sightseeing, reasonably priced and excellent service! They can help you to arrange tours or book bus tickets and never try to sell you anything you don't want. The room was small but had a window and enough space and hangers for your clothes. As you can choose between air-con and fan they offer...

Though we book thru a package, the hotel simply a nice place when I first arrived! The manager in charge there (Kate I think!) is a friendly and helpful person! The rooms is the basic type (You get what we paid for) and with the toilet attached and good aircond is what a traveler like me is looking for!! The...

I stayed here for 4 nights and found it near to everywhere I wanted to go. It is also right beside Chalie where you can rent a bike or scooter. At night when you are hungry, there are plenty of choices right outside, eg the best rotee in Chiang Mai...or a short walk both directions of Tha Pae Road brings...
