Stayed here and was really happy with the service. The rooms are clean and have aircon. They are large and have a comfortable bed too. The host from Belgium (sorry forgot your name bro) was awesome. Offers great advice on cheap eating spots, markets and tours. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay here in chiang mai. We booked the first night online with the aim to look for somewhere to stay in person, we decided to stay for 5 nights as we were really happy with the guest house. The hosts speak excellent English and are very helpful and are always around to help. It's incredibly clean...

All the perks, great location, comfy bed, quiet AC, friendly owner and free Belgian waffles on Sun...treat! I ended up staying 21 days during high season. Great place if you want to be close to old town, markets, yet away from the hustle of inner city. Rent bicycle & moped from someone you can trust.

Very friendly welcome by the owner. Our room had a queen size bed that was very comfortable. They also provided towels, there is an old TV in the room. The wifi worked pretty well. The air con was decent. The room felt clean but quite old and could do with a repaint. This was the same for the bathroom, the...

It is a very cheap option in the millions of guesthouses Chiang Mai offers. Decent-sized en suite room, your typical shower over the toilet and comfy, firm queen-size bed and very hard pillows! Good option, nice traditional Lanna-style lobby (and gym!!) and quiet location for the price range it offers. Stayed 1 night to test it out, extended to 5...

We would like to say thank you for your review, but before that just a few points we need to address. Let us put it in a myth/fact protocol. 1. Myth: the rooms are a bit sweat smelling Fact: rooms are never sweat smelling before someone stays in it. 2. Myth: breakfast is expensive, so you better go to 7/11...

I like staying here whenever I come to Chiang Mai, except of course when they are fully booked, which now is quite often - and for a good reason. The beds are comfortable foam mattresses with fitted sheets that are like those found in more expensive hotels. The rooms are always clean. The air-conditioned rooms are the lowest price that...

Not much to dislike about this place – friendly owner, comfortable clean rooms in a great location. We stayed here a couple of extra nights we liked it that much and we would certainly stay here again if we ever visit Chiang Mai in the future.
