We chose our hotels on the basis of comfort, location, and safety. This impressive hotel presents beautifully but that is completely deceiving. Housekeeping took my dress from the bathroom, either inadvertently (or on purpose), and the management refused to handle the matter professionally and ultimately did nothing about it. Firstly, they told me I was most likely mistaken and then,...

I have been to many hotels around the world and I can guarantee that their customer service is the ugliest especially the front desk staff. The male staff. Their manner is very rude to customers. They are not willing to help at all. At some point, I even feel that they threatened me. The room are old .. very old....

When i booked the hotel on booking.com, it said that there is a round-trip airport transport. But after i booked, when i told them i need to be at the airport at 4:30 AM, the customer service told me it's not possible and it starts from 6:30 AM. Then they told me that if i want to have a transport...

I was trying to contact my friends who were staying at this hotel. I tried to call to the hotel many times, they just don't have their service mind and honestly do not care and just hung up my phone call. Also the booking is pre paid. But my friend complained to me that front office staff insisted to charge...

My girlfriend and myself have spent about month in Thailand so far and have stayed in many hotels all over the country. Some 4 stars and lots of 2 stars. This is the worst place we have stayed at and sadly it's a 4 star. There is nothing wrong with the hotel itself in fact it's quite nice but I've...

When you first arrive you think nice hotel, but once you check in you wished you hadn't .The service if thats what you can call it was very poor, they have a large and impressive lobby but the fact that they had 2 staff on the door, 3 behind the desk, 3 bell boys you could not get one of...

The hotel is old and unattended. There are ants in the bathroom. Everything is dusty and has mold on it, the toilet is licking. Keep away from this place. Oh, I almost forgot, they promised us a baby cot for my son, when we got there, they lied and said they don't have it, even though we confirmed it in...

The hotel is located within a close walking proximity from Chiang Mai Night Bazar. I loved the reception area it looks and feels classy. The rooms found to be a bit aged but comfortable and very specious. Furthermore, the elevators takes you bake in time, fitted with carpet and mirrors.

The hotel has an impressive front of house, was very large but very quiet as only a few guests. Massive conference facilities on the 2nd floor all empty as we passed to the pool which was excellent. The breakfast selection and quality was the best I have had on this trip of 6 different hotels.
