We chose a Riverside location and a smaller Hotel, with the hope that it would be more peaceful and maybe better service.
We were delighted on both counts - Great location - Fabulous People - OUTSTANDING

After my Posted Complaint the General Manager personally phoned me to ask for more detail and sought to discuss my issue with late checkout. Whilst not resolving my problem I have to commend his proactive response with a view to ensuring such an issue would be better handled in the future.

Hello - We are considering a stay at your hotel, but we are concerned about some of the reviews we have read about the pool area. We have two young children - ages 5 and 2. We plan to do a good amount of touring in Chiang Mai, but we also want to stay in a place where we can enjoy the pool. And above all, we want to feel that our kids are safe. I understand prior guests had concerns about the lack of a barrier around the pool with respect to safety. Has this issue been rectified? Many thanks!

I would strongly advise for you not to use the pool area as you have young children especially being at the young age of two years old. They could easily climb over the wall unless they have put a barrier around the pool.
