This hotel is likely 30+ years old. Physically, it is in great condition, rooms clean, beds good, etc. At its peak, before the big chains came to Chiang Mai, it would have been one of the "go to" places, complete with conference rooms, banquet centre, etc. But, it has not kept up with the times. Two things in particular to...

Booked an upgraded room on a hotels.com promotion. Mentioned our honeymoon and received an elaborate gift basket. Great amenities. Clean hotel. Nice breakfast spread. Hotel could use some upgrades and some staff members could be a little friendlier but overall did a great job accommodating us. Pool was nice and clean and we had it to ourselves :)

Stayed for two separate nights before and after trekking, Welcoming reception area, basic but clean and comfortable rooms. Low shower - had to stoop. Kids loved the pool area on the roof. Happy hour drinks were very welcome! Short tuk tuk ride from night markets.

This hotel was pretty nice. I particularly enjoyed the bathroom which always had hot water and good water pressure. I wasn't very impressed with breakfast but I have yet to be impressed with any breakfast in Thailand for Americans.

I stayed here for two nights in August. It's a nice hotel, clean and with good facilities. The room I had was large and clean, with a good powerful shower and basic toiletries provided. There are plenty of power points - you can use US or European style plugs in them. The bed was comfortable and soft. The door has...

I only stayed at this Hotel 3 days ago. It would without doubt be the worse Hotel that I have stayed during my many years at staying at many Hotels worldwide. The maximum rating could only be a 2 max. The Hotel is completely devoid of providing any help to any of its guests. There very little English spoken by...

Had a nice stay at the Chiangmai Park Hotel. Service was generally courteous especially at the front desk. Apparently I was upgraded to a corner room which was spacious. Although the carpet showed age, the furniture in the room was of good quality and included an office desk and a dining table. It was a nice touch to find a...

Would not recommend this hotel. Very old fashioned and a 3 hour limit on the wifi. Room was clean but smelt awful. Roof top pool was nice but the hotel is next to a school so not that relaxing. Far out in comparison to other hotels from the city which is a pain. No safe in the room so have...

This hotel is fine, for a stop over. There are no safes, so all valuables must be left at the front desk. Breakfast was good. A wide array of cuisines to choose from. Front desk also has a currency exchange, just in case you need. There is a lovely pool on the (13?) upper floor, which is nice to escape...

Just arrived in Chiang Mai, this hotel was more of a budget option but still quite nice for me. The roof top pool is amazing and very clean / well kept, I plan to do some sun bathing out there! Great breakfast here, again everything was very clean (super important for a hotel) and I haven't had any issues my...
