Stayed two nights 1. Hotel: Looks quite old, but clean 2. Room: Spacious room, may look a bit dated, but clean and comfy beds. Utilities are as shown, shower gel, shampoo. In fact, booked from agoda, they gave an extra stuff of toblerone chocolates, some local delicacies, reli a plus point. Also have a plate of fruits in the room,...

This hotel is a little out of the main activities of Chang Mai. It is though only about a twenty minute walk to the night markets located in the same street. The hotel also has a shuttle bus that will do the run to get you there. Our other tours picked us up from here so it caused us little...

The hotel was nice. It had that Typical Thai feel that so many of the 3-Star hotels have. It is the sister hotel for the Empress hotel located just down the street. It is just 2km from the Night Bazaar and a 7 min ride by Tuck-Tuck. The staff was very friendly and professional. It had a nice pool area....

It was a comfortable room, but there was not a big menu to get food for room service or even dinner. Beautiful breakfast that was included in our fee. Plenty of seating and the staff were very acomodating throughout the hotel. I wish these hotels would give 2 key cards so when staying with another person they could come in...

I cannot find the words to describe the service at this hotel. Every time you turn around someone is there to help if you need it. Room, although a little dated, was huge. Very quiet. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast that was included was excellent. Very nice hotel for the money.

The room was spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. There was instant hot water in the basin and shower. At lunchtime we ate in the hotel because it is not within easy walking distance of Chiangmai but in the evening we took a free shuttle bus and then got a tuc tuc back. The breakfast buffet was excellent and...

We stayed here for two nights as part of a 16 person group touring Thailand and Vietnam for 30 days. Our room was quiet comfortable except for a pervasive moldy smell. The room was well equipped, was dark in decor, but faced a nice view of the hills. There was only fee based wifi which seems a bit outdated in...

The staff were friendly and looked after us well during our 3 day stay. The hotel room was basic. You pay for wifi too by the hour which i found a little strange compared to all the free offerings during our holiday in Thailand . The shower curtains were very tired and badly need replacing like the very old tv...

It was a good experience the staff is excellent and i recommend.Great breakfast and friendly staff and chefs. But this was ruined by having no iron to iron my clothes or the laundry services need to be improved otherwise this discouraged me.

Had to be here after my stay at the Empress also in Chang Mai- Thailand. Equally great service and the fact that the staff do all they can with their limited English to make you comfortable. Seems they have a code share with the Empress.
