Booked Deluxe but was upgraded to Business Room. Very good value, very good all round service. WiFi is good. Conveniently located, easily available transportation, in Night Bazaar area. Breakfast is more than adequate, and Concierge staff are also very helpful. Would like to stay again at Duangtawan when visiting Chiang Mai next time. BIG Thank You to the staff.

Chose this hotel due to the great rates they offered a great location near the Night Bazaar. A 7-Eleven across the street was very convenient. The hotel itself is admittedly ageing, but that adds to the charm and the rooms are at least very clean with friendly staff. There was a small mishap in one of the rooms we booked,...

Cannot understand the bad reviews for this place at all. We had another hotel booked for 3 nights but really didn't like it so left and came to this one instead. The price was great and we had walked past it a few times and liked the look of it. Our room was lovely and staff were really helpful. We...

Needs updating slightly and a few problems like leaking shower, wifi cutting in and out no plug sockets by beds but to be honest these aren't big problems. Great food ! Finally ! And a lovely pool area and really fair pricing ! The spa is incredible I have never felt so spoilt and relaxed ! But if you want...

You can tell when you are in this hotel that it was once quite a grand place. Expansive lobbies, great location. But it is really dated and not a great place to stay. For example, our room was really warm, even with the air-conditioning running full blast. The rooms and bathrooms are older, with the grunginess that comes with age...

We order a king-size bed for our honeymoon, and we got a room with 2 beds that attached to each other. After we return to the lobby and told them what we order they told us that this is the same! Only after some argument they give us a room with king size bed. Then the service was excellent. In...

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. Our room was lovely and big with nice bedding and the breakfast was good with a big choice of food. The swimming pool was really nice and you could get drinks and snacks. We were lucky enough to join in the celebrations for Songkran which the hotel...

Clean hotel with a very nice view from the top floor. Rooms were nice although the beds were uncomfortable. Very spacious though. Location is good for moving around the busy district and the price was reasonable for the stay.

As many reviewers wrote - The location is excellent, next to night bazaar and many restaurants. On the other hand: - The hallways and room smells badly - The elevators (on mornings) - you can find yourself waiting for 15 or 20 min - The rooms requires redecarions - WIFI is free but very slow - Morning breakfast is rich...

We stayed at this hotel for a few days. The staff is friendly. The room looks good (like we saw in the picture). Close to Beith Chabad. Can't say anything about the food because we didn't eat there. Good location.
