Looks wonderful on the website, looks big and grand upon arrival but the reception staff were incompetent and dishonest. I requested a double bed and they said that because no request was made, I got given twin beds and the hotel was full (so don't bother complaining about it). Because of the more standard room I booked on deal of...

I have stayed at this hotel several times previously without any major problems, but on this occasion I feel I became the victim of a hotel scam! I booked 2 rooms for a few days in January. My mistake was to pay hotel directly in advance. Unfortunately, following an accident, I was forced to cancel my bookings. I emailed the...

Hotel was located about 5 minutes walk to the Night Bazaar where you can shop the whole night. Food is also available. The room was clean with very big, clean and comfortable beds. The only drawback was no bedroom slippers was provided. There is a long bath besides an enclosed shower in the bathroom. It was quite difficult to regulate...

I enjoyed my stay here. My room, a Deluxe King, while basic in terms of aesthetics, was comfortable. Large bathroom, which was also basic, but adequate. The staff was pleasant and professional, especially the housekeeping staff. The hotel has a very nice pool on the 4th floor. Space around the pool itself is a little tight, but there is a...

We spent 2 nights at this hotel and I don't have any complaint at all. Would come back to this hotel for my next visit. Perfect location, centralised to food centres, night markets and short walking distance Hard Rock Cafe. Surrounding is a good area for street shopping too.

We booked online for a Deluxe room. We were upgraded to high floor with nice views. Priority on hotel search was for a pool and fitness gym. This hotel has it all. The pool is big and nice. Gym is complete with many equipments. Although the water can be cool when first entering, it warns down very fast once you...

We spent 7 nights at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and quite but we had issues with the curtains. They were block out curtains, which is great as our room faced the raising sun. The problem was that they are not wide enough to cover the whole window, so it made it very hard to sleep past sunrise. Our...

Duangtawan is a decent 4 star Hotel. Rooms are a bit dated but its one of the few Hotels that still have smoking floors. The reception staff attitude used to be extremely rude and had such a bad attitude. It was better the last time I stayed there. I hope they keep it that way. Silkair has its office in...
