Stopped here during a solo bike trip in the province during the low season. No other rooms were occupied. Beautiful, tranquil setting, but could use come upgrades. Staff and service good and friendly, but not much english is spoken. Food very well prepared to order. Room was decent size, a/c adequate, shower decent size and good water pressure. Nice pool,...

This resort has the potential to be wonderful, a real secluded hideaway for those looking to escape the city for a few days, sadly it was a bit of a disappointment. The resort itself has a rustic charm and the staff are pleasant. The sounds of nature are wonderful and the atmosphere is relaxed and calm. Our little bungalow was...

A small Park with simple, but nice lodges. Each Lodge has its own balcony and beautiful view on pool and park's rice fields. It is a very relaxing place. Personnel is friendly and service oriented. Their English is on very basic level. Food is good, though not special. Two, high quality mountain bikes are freely available for touring in the...

We loved this little resort. We stayed for 1 night on our drive from Chiang Rai to Mae Hong Son. It was off season and we had the resort to ourselves. It was magic. The setting is picturesque and serene. The bungalows are large with great facilities. Lovely little balcony to sit and read on, great pool and the staff members...

We rode our bicycles here on a 3 day bike trip through Chiang Mai. This was a beautiful place to stay. We loved the pool, had a fabulous meal (salad was grown right there in their terraced garden, and was the best salad we had in Thailand), and great massage. We loved the ambiance of the place, and how quiet...

The 'resort' title is a stretch of the imagination but otherwise this is a nice peaceful place in beautiful countryside. Somewhat basic facilities and needing some investment though the staff were very helpful and welcoming (little English spoken). if you have no transport then it's a bit isolated and no local services. We enjoyed our stay however with wonderful weather...

Located about 46 kilometers from Chiang Mai town, this resort is peaceful, serene, relaxing, and rejuvenating. The hotel is simple; no TVs, no bar, no unwanted distractions. Tucked away on a small hillside, this resort only has 7-8 rooms, so it won't be crowded. Enjoy the beautiful garden, outdoor restaurant, and peaceful walks in and around the hotel. Rooms have...

Just enjoyed our second stay in two years at Baan Rai Lanna - beautiful small resort with an elevated pool overlooking the gardens and small terraces. Excellent service, ate at the resort both nights - lovely Thai food. Rooms are a decent size and most have a balcony to sit out on, with partial views. A great place to relax...

Absolutely quiet for a full relax. The resort is the middle of the forest, but not too far from the main road. Very nice welcoming from the staff. Each room is separated from others, and the swimming pool in the middle of the resort offers refreshment. A bit far from Chiang Mai.

Our stay was very relaxing. The staff were friendly and very helpful and we enjoyed just resting in the quiet atmosphere. There is a waterfall close by that made a nice afternoon trip but the majority of our time was spent lounging by the pool and reading.
