This was a pleasant place to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was great for the Night Bazar market and some good restaurants, and the pool was enjoyable. The only thing that put me off here was the poorly designed bathrooms in the rooms that we stayed. There was no shower curtain and the separation from the...

15 min only away from hotel and the cab drivers are familiar with the hotel (though we paid 150 baht to the taxi we booked in the airport) There's a bit of a problem when we tried checking in because they ran out of available room despite our confirmed reservation so they asked us to transfer to a nearby hotel...

Spent two nights here. It is a modern hotel offering what I would describe as standard tourist class accomodation. Food was fine. Rooms were large and well equiped. Our first night was in a room which had a pretty overpowering smell of drains. We were in a different room the second night, but unfortunately the problem was just as bad....

We absolutely loved our stay at Mandala House. Our room was on the 5th floor in the main building, we had a triple and it was HUGE! Tons of space to move around, which was great for us for 6 nights. The room was extremely clean and well kept, they even put an extra chair on the balcony before we...

Stayed only one night and needed to go to the airport early. Breakfast was served for us at 5am and taxi came on time. We loved the location as it was in a quiet area just a short walk from the old city. Room was comfortable and staff friendly. Would use this hotel again when in Chiang Mai.

Off the main drag this place allows for a good sleep and access to everything. Granted it's not all brand new and full of glitz and electric gadgets but you do get what you pay for. The rooms were clean and there were some interesting design attempts. The colour scheme showed a sense of humour! Walking from the hotel to...

Excellent value for your money in this little guest house! Travelled here with 2 other girlfriends. Staff was extremely friendly and very accomodating. Very clean, breakfast in the morning was great! Perfect location, trust me you don't want to be on the main street (very loud and dirty). Mandala House is a 5 min walk to the main trip and...

I don't understand some people. Hello did you expect Ritz Carlton service and mattress for $22us a night? The place was clean for what it was and easy to walk to the markets and restaurants. Overall not bad and breakfast was very good.

This a well run hotel, clean, quite and within walking distance to Chiang Mai's popular attractions, Onnie the girl at the front desk is helpful and always smiling, there are two sections to this hotel, an older section which is fine, but the newer section has larger rooms and some with a view of Mt Suthep, so be sure to...
